If you were not with us – please organise this amongst your fellow G.W. praccies – as the womb lift (advanced work) is something we need to consolidate our Qi and also our ease of being in an older body.
Underlying intention – all to receive the womb lift, after all had been set up to win.
For me – the urgency as my ‘innards’ going south has been running my life for a few years now – urinary hesitancy, retention, and thus constant battle of acute and chronic infections.
Tracey and Vanessa were a dream team. With so little time, and with Vanessa with her fingers atremble, we attempted to do Triage.
We started with the intention of working on all with the uterus lift for all of us.
We do need to set this up – and likely on others, it would not be in the first few sessions.
Vanessa needed more, and she was the focus – till after lunch (3ish) when I got on the table. V and I were lifted that evening and Tracey was V’s project the following day as we had a long drive ahead . .
***Shen disturbance – the moxa heel anxiety – but it was not that indicated. Heels got hot also immediately. What next? As per the What Lies Beneath
Why? Major cause of disease? Emotional. What we cannot move on from . . and have or programmes stopping us – see more in You Have Been Gifted A Body – being written currently. Also here (Liver Yang Rising) – and in WDCD pp135/136
Why is she so upset? A lifetime of forest fires at this time of year in two different locations. This time, the wind change saved their establishment – within 3 km of after devastation and the memories of other fires for decades past ..

And her 3 belly operations were getting in the way – we have to get also back to the GB meridian head stuff with various cochlear implant issues at a later date – do look at the GB channel and see that this is crucial – as is being STUCK – we all are now – as life is not going to any plan we would appreciate – and the resentment/bitterness and so on arriving due to .
On top of all early life that may yet to be resolved. (Life set up – see also the blue book – Taking Charge and red book – Honouring Our Selves).

1 – Clearing first – from above Light and using all helpers to allow us to get out of our middle circles.

Past Self Care with Angie and we ended up with all the spiritual healing . . Not getting the protocol done?
Easy – tell all what we are doing, where we are up to – (differently)
3 – We need to hold the space and look after all in the room.
Patients/students/recipients of care – Back to the Arvigo Self Care at Heckleman St – and the amazing space I had to do this in . .best outcome – own the space – so is as clear and perfect as you can make it . . Massive transformation – of both women after lunch – from sitting with themselves – and steaming. Me on steamer after stairs. Inner lips (below – with the steamer) and outer ones – all messed up for me.
4 – Checkers – O.S.L. especially.
We need to do all of this in the sequence that is appropriate for the person we are with.
5 – Body Remembers Everything That Has Ever Happened To It – as were Arvigo Self Care manual . .and not mentioned again. See Reichian work and the Gentle Bioenergetics . . Need to have the holistic approach . . . Gentling Trauma Relief needed. Thus we use tools – Kaliana’s drops as a starter.
Womb – also all innards all go south – Spleen Qi not holding in place . .
Most important part of the Yang Qi functions – not really talked about,. Hub no longer is in the centre – big troubles – not as designed – can’t do what supposed to. We are assuming all have the template – and the blueprint will re-establish – when we remove the blockages to healing . . All changes depending on how we feel . .

Scars Ask – Why did that not work? The womb workers – are all ignoring this Ask a different question – not bunches oif moves – why not healed itself?

2 – C section – scar – I needled a week later . . St 30 .. and a newborn 4 finger diastasis – why a C section? They forgot, . . what happened to this belly?What else? Life – thus teaching body. .
3 – lower belly diastasis – Now bladder issues. Diastasis? And umbilical hernia All getting better .. gradually. Needs constant work. All viscera need lifting up. Bladder issues – need to regenerate
ADHESIONS Need to do these sessions many times a week – so do an intensive bundle of care – and do front for the back and back for the front Do rotisserie – keep moving focus. . Scar workshop – and adhesions?
Covered in the course – and steaming. .
What people got out of a session is always intriguing.
Tracey had completely forgotten about the Shen calming.
TRIAGE – SHEN – take out cold/yang retrieval and then undo adhesions/ scars – if you do not know where to start – that is it.

The Mercier work is where we go – very few Arvigo moves.
The belly gentling plus peritoneal untangling – best after the adhesions (and pricklies) used.
We began after clearing, all sitting on steamers. In lieu of moxa as we can’t. And, as a hurry up to loosen/sort all to be worked on.After tea, prior to me being lifted. I was on the steamer a third time that day . ** St 25 with CV 6 to feel it does change, then added in St 30 – both Dr VB ideas.
All changes noted, adhesion breaking followed – making obvious working on lymph to clear.
Essential oil and the Reiki holding the scar area. . the Wednesday night work
Why? Needed to be able to work there – normally I would have done moxa sacral fan. We got around this having the next day 3 steamers and sitting on and off as we worked. V said immediately after: Castor Oil packs last 2 nights Feeling vastly better 1.5kg lighter, at 68.5 so extra ‘stuck’ has started shifting’
Vanessa – Taking out Sha from the point CV 17 – must have helped after the toe heel work and shock point . .
ALWAYS CHECKERS TO GAUGE WHAT YOU ARE UP TO – and for the recipient to feel changes.
Checkers — the ovarian whirlpools and the uterine rake.
BUT – I was so horrified at the STUCK above the pubic bone – so I could not get in – that I was quite rough in this move – steaming and castor oil are our friends here. We had no time to needle the scar again, but that would have helped.
Magnesium on and much water offered – have to lymph is moving – plus she was off to loo a lot – apparently lost 1.5 kg in two days – more to come!! When we undo what is holding hostage – all is possible.
Mercier moves are the lynch pin of this work – after what needs shifting is completed.
That means the Triage – Shen, cold and scars . .
We had a few week’s work to do with the three of us, and the intention was the womb lift. . .
Me – my womb space was cleared! – adhesion breaking always and sacral work together achieves this – even if you only have time for this. . .
The process – hastened/abridged as it was me – sat on steamer x 3 . .
After lunch, I was on steamer before the adhesion breaking – really the key of this day‘s work. Vanessa’s surgeries were studied – eyes in fingertips. 2 lines near C section, one to repair the tied tubes and the hole that was above it – the 6-month bladder semi-permanent catheter – were addressed. I use pricklies to short cut, and allow ease.
Tracey – ‘My report on my body, my bum was real cold, my head was sore with a headache, I know my body was trying to detox after all my lemon drinks but was stuck, Vanessa came to the rescue with her amazing hands and the Gentling Way, opening up my gallbladder meridian and getting my lymph moving. Instantly my headache was gone and my head was clearer and continued to get clearer as the day went on, I could feel warmth in my bum again and felt like I was back to myself again. When I got home I feed the chooks but due to getting some wood a week earlier I had to climb over the wood pile, but this time I didn’t climb I just about flew over, feeling so much more stable in my body it moved with ease over the unstable wood, I felt 20 yrs younger again Thank you Vanessa and Heather
