General protocolFuelling the body  – and reduce the inflammatory issues underlying

Diet – off all that converts to sugar – all fruit, all sweet taste, all grains, all alcohol.
Replace with at least 9 cups of coloured veggies – NOT Sweet potato. Or beetroot (so many replace and get addicted to). Mostly greens . . (When people get upset  ask what they will miss most – they are addicted and thus allergic to this). Increase salt (coloured)
Increase animal fat
– butter, everything , fatty fish, cook veggies in fat/butter – NOT oils including NOT coconut anything.
Add in – at least 3 litres of pure, NON tap, tepid water daily.
