Typical Breakfast: nuts or giant spoonful of peanut butter + coffee, most of the time just coffee until I am hungry
Typical Lunch: it depends, usually left over dinner, could be mince with rice or veges, eggs, sometimes avo with tuna, may eat out with friends then it could be sushi, or Acai or some sort of rice dish
Typical Dinner: meat based meal with veges, carbs could be rice, noodles or sometimes sweet potatoes
Snacks: popcorn, chips, chocolate, cracker, biscuits – nothing good
Water Intake (glasses/day) _4 to 6 Caffeine : if working from home could be two. I drink it black
To make up the blood lost
The food intake here is incomplete – need more fat and protein – forget the carbs.
Hungry for snacks as body is saying – STARVING!!
STARTING now
1 – Water not coffee. If you have to drink coffee – you need 4 glasses EXTRA to cover what the coffee did
2 – A bread and butter plate size of food at tea – preferably not eating after 6pm.
3 – Will be hungrier in the morning
4 – Protein, fat and veggies for breakfast.
5 – Each time a snack is needed reach for a stick of butter, and extra salt it. And another glass of TEPID never cold water.
6 – Have at least 9 cups of coloured veggies daily – and FAT with each. The more FAT the better. Not oil – FAT.
