Welcome

Leading into Living Ligaments. . we are rehearsing/remembering how and what to do

As a Reconnecting Bao ad Dai and Foundational Moves recap

Your choice as to starting front or back first

  • Chest gouge
  • CV 17 – Gua Sha – Chinese move
  • Finding Pc 1 – side of the ribs
  • Lower lymphatic drainage
  • Me demonstrating  SLQR on myself – and suggesting we could have started there with him
  • Upper lymphatic drainage

  • Demonstrating cupping on navel – and taking it off
  • We are not doing Part 2  salt/ginger/moxa

  • Upper lymphatic drainage – change angle you are working in eventually – start slow, gentle and down the body – later – eventually you are gouging in. 3 on one side – 3 on the other – and intersperse with chest gouging, jiggles and pull ups and feel into what we are letting go . .More upper lymphatic work
  • Round and round – and small rounds next.
  • Jiggles in between
  • Belly soothing
  • More chest gouging
  • Check for diastasis
  • More upper lymphatic work
  • Loosening up around the navel
  • Peristalsis encouragers (‘digging for potatoes’)
  • Lower belly soothing

I take you in the next clips as a close up.
We are doing rotisessiere – front to do the back to do the front – and going in deeper each layer.
Often step or repeat step assists this wonderfully.

Different version of the around 9 minutes above

Close up on belly work

Showing lower belly lymphatic drainage – fingers become the brain – pay attention

Jiggle (gentle) and slide around again – to let go the loosened lymph

Upper belly soothing move

Peristalsis moves.
Lower belly soothing

We are going in a layer at a time –
Do not do all on the front before you turn over

Or vice versa

Offer water – loo break, get them to wander about – the body is different – dynamically shifting.
