  • Taking Stock
  • Here we are, asking: what surfaced? Probably rather a lot.
  • Be thankful.
  • You have gotten to here. You have been present. You have discovered feelings. You have rewritten what has been told to you – external to you and can be manipulated. You have started the process of observing yourself and what is running you.
  • You have stopped and listened and written and written and written and written.

You have discovered that trusting what comes up is something you have not done before, and you could easily become your best friend.

Being grateful that you are here, we are all here as one, and you have the sides of your journaling and questioning yourself, the Red Tent tribe to share from, and in this process, beginning in earnest.

PAIN?

Easiest way to undo pain is to move the stagnation. To assist the free flowing of everything -moire water, less sweet and preservatives in the diet is essential.
