Pelvic Opening – starts with healing the tail

What sets us up???

Where did this come from? Personal experience. BROKEN – not just stuck

Then from my decades of working with opening the sacral /coccygeal areas using GV 1 (base of tail bone).

How I discovered this – my own tail bone was broken at 12 years old and was not OK again till my acupuncture lecturer inserted this in class. Relief! (Also I became an avid GV 1 needler)

Why?

Personal – this was broken TWICE in my life. Acute – really terrible trying to get up after sitting down – (and that was bad enough). Aside from the maybe SIX months of healing needed – from acute to then chronically upset. Often – it is not able to sit right back on the tail bone .

In my case – for the ten years between my first tailbone accident and the needle?

How?

42 structures are relate to the tailbone itself.  The coccyx is comprised of 5 fused bones. It holds the key to the pelvic structures and their easy interaction was there of the body. When you may have fallen, it is easy to end up with a womb tilted. This is part of the Dai Mai imbalances are due to the structure not able to be realigned.

Can we fix this?

By using traditional multi cultural women’s and elder’s ways we can affect change. A mix of perineal steaming (CLICK) and gentle belly/body work. Every ligament is related to all others. The use of soothing castor oil to allow adhesions to let go are all indicated here.

When?
Please – as soon as possible.  This is massively damaging to all flows in the body – especially gyne function (and making/birthing babies) forever after. You may be able to change all of this yourself.  .
