Modern living – What I do to undo this for us

As I have been professionally working on the apparently ‘hopeless’ interface for decades, I have a head start – and thus can say – we now need more than pre 202 to get a handle on living well. Not existing, surviving, but thriving – and it can feel as though all we do is try to mitigate the war that is being made on life itself. Thus I will add in what we (Duncan is 77 yo, me 70yo) have been doing up till the world changed for us October 2019 when someone walked of off the plane from Asia and brought Wuhan /SARS 2 /Covid into my clinic.

Declutter – take out what is not designed to be in and around our bodies needs gone.

General – besides having something to look forwards to, something to do that stirs passion and someone to love (start with self) there are basics.
Body need to be ALIVE – not only breathing but VITAL.
How to fuel the body? Step back – can the body even WORK?
MUST be in movement.

WHAT WE DO NOW
Always . . green from the garden veggie and herbal juice – plus a carrot, some ginger, half a red capsicum, a green apple and the leftovers from my daily lemon squeezed on hot water first up drink. (This is a routine I have had to help my liver for years – the rinds and pips go into the juicer).

Not much grains – preferably none –
We eat mainly NINE cups of coloured veggies daily and heaps of animal fat, salt and thus the protein comes in that.
Water – fresh we have a bore and a well. But an old house – and the tap water inclusions – we do not have – but there are old pipes and no one really knows what we are exposed to – thus a great filtration plant is needed. 3 litres at least a day to drink – and tepid is best.

WHAT WE ‘TAKE’ – post 2020 and my seeing how bad the live blood analysis was for me – I figure given was not jabbed – we are all in a similar state.
