  • What it is
    A way to relieve the pelvic torsion from the twisting injuries that we may have had in whiplash’ or in any untowards movement that he body has not unwound from – for upper and lower body – the fulcrum is the womb’s placement in the pelvis – via the Ovarian Suspensory Ligament – the lynch pin of all of the Gentling Way work.

LIVING LIGAMENTS

How we play with this

You may hear me speaking to the prickly workers/acupuncturists . .

We ‘diagnose’ with a marker pen and our fingers – as checkers, also clearers, and FIXERS . . it is obvious we are doing good work.

You must do this all the time.
YOU get to see (we are all non believers) what we can do.
This shows how much each move, each jiggle, each everything does.

Sometimes I pen mark, and take a picture for the recipient
And as I do other work – I repeat so they get to see the show as well.

This is why I called this work LIVING ligaments – as we are at the thrall of our emotions (Liver energy) and as we work on a person, going in as they let us – we can uncover more – and often startlingly so.

This work is not for everyone to do, as we MUST undo what things mean to us as we go, to be able to hold the ever larger container.

Beginnings – having done work with this recipient already, I am more heavy handed than usual.

Checking O.S.L.

Working with a sensitive – a very quick/ hurried ‘how are you?’ to body before digging in a bit.

Me pointing out that micro bleeding is still needed – although at the first L.L.I. at Witta 2 weeks before I did a lot of it and of course it all felt so much better! She is another very sensitive – these women are ‘taken out’ (as I am ) by all sorts – so are like the canaries in the coal mine.

CHECKING – Brisbane 2018

This was for filming purposes only – as I had done this work on him before, the pelvis is fine – the shoulder not – and still not (2025) – likely why he has the shoulder problem – not aligned to do the job and all the massage/adjustments will be not where it is needed as the body has deeper woes.

Explaining why I use this position – esp for those with very large boobs.

A little bit of sacral work first – and the line up of the O.S.L. instantly shifted – as it does – with only one side done. .

Checking and FIXING

STEP ONE – Q.L – L3 – Atarau 2018

Initially – Checking – deciding what to do
.29 – Falling off. Other is a flat.
1st correction – digging into waist – is always sorest on the side that is not afflicted.
1 minute – O.S. L. – count slowly to nine in three different positions and then three angles – middle, up and down.
2.30 – Figure of eight to soothe and settle

Start – the hip up /leg rotation – as she is as most are – left anterior – ‘fall down’
1.15 – Change to hip and shoulder blase.
1.50 – Stretch – both of us
2.25 – Stretch off to one side to see if it feels same as the other – it should not as leg twist and stretches are not done yet – need to stretch out the leg

Part 3 – Filmed Adelaide 2022 – leg – and back stretch at the end

Beginning – I should have done THREE lots of stretches – as this is the not changed side – we only stretch it – count to at least 10 – maybe 20.
.30 – SHOULD HAVE DONE THREE lots again – we twist OUT as we want the hip to rotate in he socket.

1.00 – Checking that the stretches are even now – then onto another checker – Hortence’s point

Checking to see what to do. Have to move sides, and also check the shoulder blades
Checking also the pull up as even doing this checker changes things – and over time you will feel it all a lot less dense, as the lymph moves and all re establishes what should have been.
