Heather’s Ways – after C section #2

Protocol – It Depends . .

Reminder – Reichian armour rings as well. So often we can think of one thing – and find so much else is ‘in the way’.

What do we need to shift? Whatever lets us. (Is ready to go)

Carolyn came in to demonstrate to the class how we an do such amazing work. Having maybe 20 years previous been in a really bad car smash (where the surgeons wanted to take her leg off) – and with head injuries and a severely broken pelvis – she was unable to birth and had had 3 C sections.

I discovered that there were still some scars on her body I had not attended to yet.

She was cool to touch – even though just come from a steam 28- 34C belly.

Micro-bleeding first – one vein little bit (off GV 4 area) and her back loosened.
More here (Microbleeding CLICK) and also here (CLICK)

I had intended to do the C scar – but needed to move through stuff first.

There were scars on her inguinal region/hips hips to immoblise her for the 7 weeks in hospital.
I found one that had not been done – so after deciding which had least feeling – we started.

FIRST .  .

Check pull-ups

Chest opening

Round and round

Move that lymph – the coloured portion of the blood. .

What we wish to move . .  .

Stuck Belly Blood

Whether people have had an operation or not – she – many as well as the 3 C sections . .

ORDER

Have you undone shock (Kiiko’s work) – R  St 24 angled 15 degrees into centre of navel – if bouncy bouncy shows a discrepancy – or you feel to take it out even if they are not aware (often).
Lu 1 area – either side . . I always pop in bil Liv 2 also – and recheck – this may be before or after cupping cold out and getting more Qi flowing  also the belly and lymph touch therapy – and often going back to the chest and the diaphragm and inguinal areas – offer water often.

Get them to check pull up and take temps – all will shift as we get further into this.

Liv 4/St 41  and 90 degrees and angled in – often makes all the difference – you can feel the gut let go.
GB 41 – both sides of tendon.

Ki 8 – find the sorest point on leg first – then poke

Sp 9 – find the sorest point on leg first – then poke
Liver 5 – find the sorest point on leg first – then poke

Usually in that sequence . . Constant checking in the above belly and the actual scar.

Made such a difference (as it always does) to the belly sensitivity – often women wonder how I did it  . .
(Acupuncture works)

Lu 7allowed more sensation on trachie scar.
St 30 and St 25, CV 6. (Undo some adhesions). According to Dr van Buren.

Xi Cleft – very painful – I know it is not really – but next to St 34 on the GB line – it works 100% in undoing neck tension. That also really made a difference to her severely broken pelvis. She could feel all the tension unwind.

Eventually I got onto the C scar – using the line across front of neck.  As usual, it undid  the back of her neck.
Still some stiffness, so I needled also the sore points on her pubic bone.

A lot of the work in the Self Care pack – Foundational Moves was also used . .

What she said . .

‘During a healing with Heather, I feel my body lengthen, and let go of tension, hurt and pain. Every single time, I leave standing taller, breathing more freely, with more mobility and with troublesome awkward pain gone. Often I feel further effects of the work later on while in meditation. I am always surprised when energy flows are improved or normalised that I hadn’t noticed how bad they were prior. These improved energy flows quickly become my new normal. And best of all, the changes stay’.

I do this on almost all who come in – for anything.
See Tina’s right acute back pain (CLICK) – all dissolved.

Too simple?

No – simply decluttering is all we need to do – the body takes over from there

IF we have spare Qi – which we do by liberating it!!!

As we covered in Reconnecting Bao and Dai Mai . .

Clear out what is blocking flows – and pain goes. .
