How to stop what is keeping you together on the inside?
45 years ago – people smoked every and anywhere . . No stopping them.

I was using MOXA as in bulk on needles on everyone – as if you can’t beat ’em – join ’em . . And thus – what about my lungs? I can not even put a finger in the raw moxa wool now – can feel the systemic attack.

However – using the moxa on CV 17 for – 20 minutes works . .
If you also put needle in L St 37/39 to channel any extra heat down through the intestines . .

And of course – set yourself up to win first . . Not a matter of just do this.
In clinic, I saw people 3 x weekly and within 6 sessions even the hardest smoker was not smoking. I used points to calm them down – and as with getting off alcohol – we had to get the blood sugar right. So many are NOT eating and smoking instead. One women gained 3 stone. She was monitoring herself: not eating any differently. She was going on massive walks with dog x 2 daily. Her metabolism obviously fell in a hole.  .

What to do?
Treat each person as though this was the core problem. What is it hiding/covering up?

Calm the Shen . All else comes after . . And sexual abuse? Always ask yourself

I worked out an antidote. .

DISTRACTIONS – You have to go outside.
Drink a tepid glass of water – and a B and C vitamin tablet. Cheese  – eat a mouthful.

You need to run a body better . . .salt fat and sun

Hunk of butter – hard and salt it (coloured) YUM will say your body .
We need to re-balance the blood sugars – and fat does it.

Skipping rope and Magnesium on body – we are antidoting stress – and instead of the self medication. Before this: have to have drunk water, used magnesium, taken Vit B and C, as your liver is going to be stripped of these as after effects of smoking.
Next – skip – drink more water – clean teeth – and now – do you really want a cigarette?
