40 years ago – people smoked every and anywhere . .
No stopping them.

I was using MOXA as in bulk on needles on everyone – as if you can’t beat ’em – join ’em . . And thus – what about my lungs?
I can not even put a finger in the raw wool now – can feel the systemic attack.

However – the moxa on CV 17 for – 20 minutes works . .
If you also put in L St 37/39 to channel any extra heat down through the intestines . .

And of course – set yourself up to win first . .
Not a matter of just do this.
I saw people 3 x weekly and within 6 session even the hardest smoker was not.
Also used points to calm them down – and a with getting off alcohol – had to get the blood sugar right – as so many are NOT eating and smoking instead – do not out on weight?

I had one women gain 3 stone – and was totally monitoring herself – not eating any differently  – and was going on massive walks with dog x 2 daily – her metabolism obviously fell in a hole.  .

What to do?
Treat each person as though this was the core problem –

Calm the Shen.
All else comes after . .
And sexual abuse?

Drink a tepid glass of water – and a B and C vitamin tablet

Cheese  – a mouthful.

You need to run a body better . . .salt fat and sun

Hunk of butter – hard and salt it (coloured) YUM will says your body .
We need to re-balance the blood sugars – and fat does it.

Skipping rope and Magnesium on body – we are anti-doting stress – and instead of the self medication – and before this – have to have had water, Magnesium. B and C – as the liver is going to be stripped of these with the after effects of smoking – skip, drink more water clean teeth – and now – a cigarette?

Live Well . .

Maybe did not feel safe in the life of the younger one – and this is still all stuck within. Medication – undoing yourself?
