Who Is This For?
Anyone who knows that it is time to undo yourself – your inner turmoil, your underlying panic that got you to here – that until now nobody has thought to acknowledge, let alone address.
You could be at the beginning of an projected apparent horror journey and you wish to do something different about it.
Or you could be at the end of your tether and you have so much pain and distress and a life that you have not wanted.
Or you know that this is it now, and your body needs to be aligned as it’s been less than optimal for long enough.
Thus, this applies to all conditions or labels and any stage and age of life.

How Does This Work?
Showing up every day, you will watch a video after the clearing, protection and safety beginning. That audio – you can go back to it at any stage. It may be you need to remind yourself several times today to bring yourself back into your body, aligned, centered, and feeling safe.
You may discover you need to constantly pause and write what has come up in the paper journal that you have by you just for this.
Breathing and using your hands to soothe yourself as the exercises we build upon daily will keep you present, focused and aligned in light.
Please get yourself a physical journal to keep next to you. As you go about your day, please write in it. For you to use with conscious breathing, to sit and journal, can settle into your daily practice of writing love letters to yourself.
Audios
There are many audio recordings here. You will have a reminder in every day of the opening clearing/protection. In the first few days I suggest the longer 8 minute version. Clearing and protection – the shorter (4 minute) version will appear midweek. A guided Reunion physical release meditation, which may help you tense to then relax/release, particularly at night is also coming. There is also a 30-minute ambient crystal bowl and nature sounds track to use as a background for sitting and being. Perhaps whilst you are on the perineal steamer (as we go on). When journaling. Or even as you go for a body rest with your hands in action. Make this your ‘go to’ if/when things seem overwhelming – to ground /bring yourself back home.
Actions
Your hands at work. As we go through the days and weeks there will be more for you to add in. You do not have to go in the order given, but that would be a great start till you feel into it all. Sometimes there will be points to press if you feel in need. With these, we begin with the rescue yourself (and others) points. Found on either side of the body: Dig in with your fingernails, and breathe.
Resources
Initially there is a set of printing to be done. A weekly and daily worksheet to allow you to tick boxes. Accountability. Without your own printer, you could send this off to a library or somewhere weekly. Often, a set of diagrams that you can remind you as you go about your day. The initial week may seem weighty as we grow a toolbox FIRST. Helpers to light your way, when you find yourself in a spot that is well known, and you wish to transform from. You are becoming
All is up to you. As this is a 6 week intensive training into being more of yourself, you are in charge.
You will leave this course with a workbook that you have added to – sometimes a poster, sometimes a portion of a chapter of one of my eBooks.
Your Red Tent Sharing
This is a daily practice. Showing up for yourself. Being accountable. Taking your inner hurts by the hand and playing gently with them, till they become integrated. This proven way, done daily, will allow movement and thus change. As you write answers to the questions asked, you may find more. Take the time to communicate with yourself. Your journal awaits. Gentling Yourself is an inner retreat. You may wish to share your wins, your surprises and your unintended experiences. You may choose to share your answers in the Red Tent: your ‘aha’ moments . You may find that you are often reflected in the others’ sharings and shining. The tribe in sacred space is for you to connect and relate, and to listen to stories. Your fellow travellers will likely be undergoing a similar journey of self-discovery.

Usually people come to me in a state – a tizzy – upset and not knowing what to do next – especially as they had Their Story ready to tell me . .Instead, as we have such diverse lives now, you are on an expedition. Clearing, protecting, getting ever more tools to steady yourself, and are here to unload – yourself – for you – and then if you feel like tit – to introduce yourself to the tribe. Get started in on seeing where this takes you.

You have a reason to be choose to be here. will go back to where I was helpless – acc to the dominant paradigm – the medicos had no idea what to do – or what had happened. . You likely also find yourself also in a place of ?? what next?
Maybe stop and write it down (You will need a JOURNAL and also spare paper and pen).

You have found a programme – now stick with it – it all works – and you go on a journey – into what stops you when you choose inaction . .

Whose script? You will be asked this a lot to ponder – including – how do you KNOW anything? Also why are you carrying someone else’s instructions in your head? Their assumptions are your business. I did not listen to what the ‘experts’ (who had no idea what had happened or why? to do next. Thus I had a different ending. You also – ignore other’s limitations.
We always have a reason . . . thus there is always a ‘why’? if you stop and ask . .
in my teachings I choose to be as clear and safe/protected as possible. . thus – I carry ‘friends and relations’
Hence the clarity and sacredness of my healing and teaching spaces.

We were bonded to our mums and their mums before birthing in hospitals. . thus they were more likely to be fierce and looking after us well.
KEY MESSAGES
We all have seemingly ‘unscripted’ happening – I share my personal story of being the mum of a baby expected to die – but as this mum, I did not follow the instructions – and in this course, you may discover that the process works for all of us – regardless of the storyline – it is the same
