Change of point of view

Problems ‘down there’ and who owns our thinking – what paradigm do we see ‘the world’ from?

This is a conversation about problems ‘down there’. There could be any – Bartholin cysts, lichen sclerosis – and others as well as all variants of pelvic troubles as is really lack of adequate circulation and appropriate nutrition. It doesn’t matter what’s going on. If it’s ‘down there’ there’s going to be a similarity to everything and how it happened. As I started in acupuncture, I begin there. The Liver and the Gallbladder meridians:  migraines/ sciatica.
Women – see how being ‘pissed off’ gets you?

If anything has happened to the physical structure and – scars across the pathways – must clear this first. Also the stress and the trauma and whatever else was going on whilst it happened, before it happened and after it happened and then that’s also like a gate that’s shut and it’s blocking everything.

Triage – 1 – Calm your Shen. Shen is like how you feel about yourself but it’s a lot more than that, – look for more here.
2 – Extract the cold that has been stored/ rescue your Yang Qi, (whether you feel warm or not), everything else that comes from that.
3 – Scars – not only on the surface.

However, this is my way – others follow Western thinking. They want to label something you see because they’ve been trying to find something wrong with you. That entails finding something in their little box they can pick out and go you need to do this. But because they didn’t find any endo, we don’t know why you’re not pregnant. Likely a nutritional issue – where is the iodine? To have the cysts around the ovaries.

I had to develop all these teaching models because everybody is getting increasingly medicalised and so to start off with body heals itself. It must. You know the trees, the everything, it all must recover itself otherwise it’s not here. The first thing we must look at is structure. If things aren’t in the right place and it determines the function of everything, it can’t work.

It’s like if you have a misaligned wheel. If it gets too bad the damn thing won’t work at all. But in between times it’s just wearing tyres down and not working properly. That is where nobody starts. Which is me asking about the falls and you know going down and feeling where your coccyx is and all the rest of that because womb hangs off the coccyx. When I say womb, men – think about your prostate. That is a nourishing organ also – for sperm to be stored, awaiting expulsion.

Although it’s not as big and it doesn’t come and go like ours does. And then the next thing is your past. And then we’ve got the present and then we’ve got input.

Unless we’re working on all of them at once we’re in trouble. Now most people go oh I’ve changed my diet. That is not all input, and it depends on the strength of the Yang QI (later) to be able to process it appropriately – what your body’s able to do with it. You know is your gut working or not. What is going around in your head? You know you’ve got self-doubts, and “ I’m not good enough” and all that sort of stuff

INPUT – Diet and temperature of fluids. But when we’re looking at the present, we’ve got beliefs, and we’ve got programmes. Whilst whatever may be in the past well that’s still online. Body remembers everything that has ever happened to it.

PAST – Most women who come to me with bad period pain were raped and don’t remember. They’ve blocked it out. It could have been their grandfather starting to fiddle with them. It could have been that their parents wanted a boy, and they got you, a girl. All impacts us because when we’re little, we are so vulnerable.

To the left – conception of your physical body and to the right – death of your physical body. A half of the impact of anything that’s ever going to happen to is, by the age of two years. A third by your birth and two thirds by you being ten years old. What was your mum’s life made you – your life foundation – and you go back to that as a default setting, unless you have moved through the lessons to be learned through this.

What was going on in your early life is more important than you could imagine and people come in here somewhere and want three treatments to fix them and I go might, but it probably won’t. Okay so that’s the underlying thing and the other thing I do all the time is I go left and right-hand side of the page.  In acupuncture you might have heard the terms Yin and Yang. They are relative explanatory terms only.

Those who have gone through the medicalized herbalized acupuncture have been through the Cancel Culture from China in 1949.

We’ve got a more energetic resonant vibrational and we’ve got a more structural more solid okay so it they’re relative so they’re two relative terms however if I’m talking about Yang Qi you’ve got five functions of Yang Qi in the body.

When I say TCM, that’s not traditional Chinese medicine, but what happened after 1949 when the powers that were in China tried to emulate Western medicine. They dumbed down what was an elegant highly respected complete system – across all family traditions – into what is now called TCM. The scholars were put out into the fields and the farmers who had not spent their life learning were put in charge. The first were The Barefoot Doctors. To fit the needs of a population that were bereft of health care.  We now have easy to teach, not that helpful for people. Thus part of the TCM model – and is helpful to hang thoughts upon.

Five functions: (Metabolism loosely).
1 – Transportation – circulation. Especially obvious when you have  got temperature differentials.
2 – Transformation
3 – Protection now that’s a lot more than your immune system it’s like if you’re going to get cold coming in because you’re out in the cold wind
4 – Holding in place – connective tissue, also all organs, blood and babies where they are designed to be.
5 – Warming, – body temperature kept where the body can function.

Biology – a single-celled organism must have a boundary between itself and the outside. Otherwise, it’s shattered. It has a cell wall It’s sort of like our skin, but we’ve got trillions of cells. It’s got to be able to keep the outside out, and the inside in, but it’s got to be able to communicate with the outside. It has a semi permeable membrane – substances can come in and wastes are removed.

Detoxing? Want what you do not need out – wastes. Want in? Nutrients. Must have some way of moving things from A to B To be alive – must stay functional and to stay on the planet and to be able to replicate. If a single celled organism, you just you just split yourself in half. Any other system – needs sexual reproduction of some sort. Health? Ability to adapt to change.

We’ve got small limits of what we can cope with – in temperature particularly. If we lived outside we would be highly aware.  Even the native tribes that were here would have been in shelters, as it’s cold in winter. Plus, there are beasties that may want to eat you, or they suck out blood – protection is needed.

We must transport internally; and we must protect ourselves. We put food in, but our body must break it down – a problem if we’re really stressed. Gut can’t. Or if too cold goes on. Can’t do a good job If the gut pH is wrong. All cultures knew – cold destroyed the ability to live well.  All customs – do not get cold. Put it put a hat on your head. Don’t wander about with bare feet.  Cold comes up onto your belly.

This loosely is thyroid function. How it happens… .
See how Sun, Fat and Salt are not allowed in the ‘keep you sick’ model??

Basics – must have SUNLIGHT and FAT in . .
To begin the process. And a gut that can.

Anyone trained recently (in the past 30 years or so) have been taken through the system that does not work.  So that they can think like doctors. Not helpful, as if that worked – no need to ask for help from the health/life medicine carers.

Called ‘alternative’.

This is not female. These terms are relative. In the classical Chinese literature they speak of the shady side of the hill (‘win’) and the sunny (‘yang’) side of the hill. Loosely you could say yin is moon and loosely you could say the yang is sun.

Terribly loose as these are relative terms explaining relationship – to each other – as we live in duality. Always an ‘up’ to the ‘down’ and a ‘left’ to the ‘right’. .

Yin Qi functions

1 – Cool. If you get too hot you’re going to burn up.

2 – Moisten/lubricate things to sort of allow it to cool.
3 – Nourishing
4 – Rest and regeneration.

Where do you get your ‘yin’ (to nourish and to moisten) from? Digestion, and circulation.

Cooling. Must be sensible to take yourself out of a situation which is dangerous to your health – overly hot and arid, with little opportunity for hydration. To maintain life. Regeneration is loosely how to maintain life.  Life recipe see more here

The last one on my list is food. Whilst I am a naturopath I do not start there but – can your body work?. You have to be able to breathe in what keeps you alive, and out what is not needed to live.

1 – From being a single celled organism, and having a membrane, we have to breathe.
2 – Hydration. We can’t live very long without a breath, a bit longer with water only.
3 – Safety. If we’re not feeling safe our fight or flight is going to be 100% of the time. And interfere with life as can’t digest well if/when in a constant panic mode.

If there are predators about – say dingoes wanting to get the calves ,no cow will be happy in –  they’re not going to be able to digest/make milk well – they have to feel safe – only thing to do is make a noise – in a farm – until somebody comes and rescues them. Or if there was no fences they’d just be off. Same with us, Have to get out of panic. Think the psych op that was COVID crap. Ongoing and relentless – BUT there is only so much of distress we can cope with. So – first – calm you down. You have to be able to sleep to be regenerate, and have everything working optimally. To do that you have to feel safe.

4 – Outside. Now you think of people you know who are constantly inside looking at little boxes and then for entertainment they’re looking at little boxes and now they don’t feel well so they stay inside . If we’re not outside we’re not getting the sun. We need vitamin D. But beyond that we need to have everything that is outside which is the negative ions with the water and life. In fact you know we may be growing our food. We’re moving our body. We’re saying good day to people. We need to be outside. Inside is a toxic environment.

5 – Touch and be touched. If we don’t we’re unhappy primates. (Grooming/bonding hormones) .
6 –  Have a reason for being here besides survival, paying debts – a cause, a driving force ton be.
7 – Nourishment, soul, heart, body. Ideally people would have some form of awareness that they’re not only here for themselves. There is more than being a person, to their existence. Being in service – which is part of the heart beingness.
Soul Nourishment Some of us are very aware that we’re here to do something. Being a sovereign unit. Being able to think for yourself. Others may want to abdicate responsibility. Then we get so that’s that nourishment. There should be. There could be more to being like a human animal.
8 – Nourishment of the heart. Not only having a love relationship that’s in service and that’s most want to do good. You know if you find out an injured dog on the road, you would probably stop to help .
9 –  Nourishment of the body. Here is where the naturopaths may lose the plot,  and go for rules and being compliant. It matters more that you feel safe enough to be on the planet. You have to have the hydration to be able to make the digestive juices.

You have to have decent enough breath:
Is your diaphragm working well?
You’ve got to be touched.
There are a lot of issues before you obsess too  much about what’s going in your mouth.
What happens when it gets there is more important

Pain is a warning from the body to say, stop that. Whatever the ‘that’ is.
Is everything structurally aligned/where it should be? May be held in place by the emotional charges. As with the cow, not telling the calf what to eat, what not to eat – that’s how we’re all here – by virtue of having mothers. BUT in a situation where your mother would have had no idea what to do when you had period pain, except send you to the doctor, and the doctor with no idea because they weren’t doing women’s business, everyone now expects periods to hurt.
The table – seen somewhat differently

What is in the past – may still be there causing mayhem in your body. It happened in the past, but your body may be still running that model. You may not feel safe.

You’ve got the present, you may not feel safe. Input is more than  what’s going in your mouth. I used to be a vegan (and macrobiotic). so I know all about the rules that you can run, but I’m not talking about them. (Protein combining is hugely important)

__________________________________________________________________________________________

I attempt to get everyone out of what they’ve been told about whatever they have, It is all only somebody’s opinion. So, then we perhaps ought to look at how we know something. I use this model. Draw 4 circles underneath each other (is easier if you do this, not visualise).
Top circle
1 – YOU KNOW – you do not know how, but it is right. Resonates, can’t go beyond this. This is those who are Black Sheep – they will not be told what to do as they know, Whether we all it ‘downloding whether we say is ? Source – we KNOW
2 – You have EMBODIED It has been your experience and again, it is what you know. Maybe you took a while to accept – like teenagers knowing better than their well meaning elders – but now we have this embodied, it is REAL.

Place a line between the 2nd and 3rd. We stay above the line to be independent – below the line are controlling features of society.
3 – SOMEONE SAID – and thus you must follow
4 – LOTS OF someones said, wrote it down and if you wish to stay included in the tribe, you follow directions,.

Bottom is where legislation and ‘you are not allowed’ be part of the society/guild/group of apparent peers/ be allowed to function/live.

I usually begin with why did you pick me? Who’s the authority? I think you probably are aware that you know something and you don’t know how you know it, but you know it. And you also know that your parents probably told you stuff, and you may have thought, rubbish when you were younger and now you’ have worked it out: (as they likely did with their parents in their youth) – they actually knew what they were talking about.

The next one is from life. 2010, Duncan and I were in the middle of Australia. A farmer was running tourist tours on his property. (owned/ been his family. since 1964). If you drive towards Ayers Rock, there’s a hump- obvious as all is flat. You think  Oh, there’s Ayers Rock. And you think to yourself, as you’re getting closer, this is the wrong shape. So, you look at the map. You may wonder – how come I don’t know about that? Well, it’s got larger land surface. Not quite as high. I don’t know what the story is there. It’s not an Aboriginal land.

Farmer had a massive property, 12 different soil types. A plant could be there and okay, and over here and if you were a cow had to be wary. He knew all the protein loading of all of it. Every two years, he’d been doing studies on everything growing. He also had colossal problems with camels. When he got us in his car, got in the car, he said, “I’ve got a couple of guns here. And if I come upon camels, I’m shooting them all. Is that all right with you?” Then he went on to explain the problem with camels..

We spent a day with him – as we were leaving, just about at the gate and he says, “oh, she’ll be dead by tonight. Her mother obviously didn’t tell her to not eat that”. There was nothing he could do. She was eating something she shouldn’t have been. I looked at this man and I thought – we don’t actually think about what the role of a mother. Animals left to their own devices, they pass on non-oral traditions, otherwise they’re dead. Instinctive, maybe you could call it, but I think it’s also learned.

How do we know anything?

That took me up short. This is me saying, look, there’s above and below the line. The line happens because we’ve got these idiots called humans who think they can control everybody. If you go back to being a mammal, if we’re not following the laws of nature, we’re going to run into trouble. So then below the imaginary line, we’ve got somebody said,  Somebody said, you’ve got to do it. The bottom circle is – written down, many agree.

One person who said, and you have to, that might be your mother when you’re little. When you get older, a whole lot of people said, and it’s written down and you have to, or else. So I’m never below the line. I’m going to follow nature.

That probably sounds reasonable to you if you live out in the country. City people have other ideas about life. Bot real. Survival is real. Fear and trust. Particularly so when we get into the birthing situation. BUT the medical profession are attempting to have all freaked out enough to do what they want to do.

TOP – your soul,
MIDDLE – your human component,
BOTTOM – your body. It has biology – electrics, (the acupuncture component if you like), chakras and so on, and there is mechanical.

BOTTOM 2 – Western medicine resides. The social constraints, programming, language, customs, and the TOP – Spirit/soul. What we came here for. The bottom two may be seem to be a person – but with the top circle we have the real deal. For most people it’s not even the body, it’s just the component “I want, thus I’m going to get”.

However we have a lifespan: plus seasons of the day, of the month, of the year, and of the life. They are immutable: we can’t go against that, and western medicine attempts to, and modern life attempts to, but you are here as you may know that there is more than this. POssibly teh events of 2020+ have awoken you out of the haze.

Western thinking seems to ignore life and common sense. Bodies will respond differently to what they are exposed to. Including what is used as food/fuel. Here we meet the role of shaping thinking – the 1908/11 Flexner Report.
Thinking shaped around what ONE MAN wanted.
We live within this box (what ‘reality’ is seen to be) today.

IGNORING:

1 – At different times of the year, bodies and all living things – respond to the changes. The amount of light, and warmth especially transform plant life.
2 – There are different chapters in a life. Males biologically have eight year cycles. Women have seven year cycles. so if you’ve got a girl starting to have breast buds at six there’s a big problem, if he’s got a full-grown penis at nine there’s a big problem, and similarly if a girl’s not having periods by the time she’s two by seven (14) you may ask questions. If she is being starved/ is anorexic or if she’s doing a lot of sport, the body’s not going to have sufficient to make another being, so no baby nests being made yet – not enough resources. LIFE CHAPTERS – they run in sequence. And when complete, they move on – most noticeable for women in the changes wrought to make potential babies and then the cessation of that possibility.

Whether we wish to, whether it happens or not, do or not, that is what sex is for. If sex is happening and babies are not occurring, likely there is a problem on both sides . He must be fertile or there will be problems in the pregnancy continuing or even beginning. Accidentally pregnant was in the past. IVF’s role is not in the quality of the baby. Return business is. Babies made seems to be incidental, as there are apparently 1 in 6 couples having trouble,. BIG Business. I would say now far more – where this is not happening easily, as designed.

Her eggs were made by her grandmother. Where will babies grow?
My 50 years of watching the devolution of common sense shows me that no one seems to be thinking this through. If her baby factory is broken – as seen by the ‘period woes’ then this must be attended to FIRST.

HOW DOES A WELL BODY WORK?
Easily, painlessly and without breaking stride regardless of the time of the month.
If this is not you, then likely easy fertility, easy pregnancy and easy birt8ung and beyond into easy babies and easy maternity and easy life may not be yours.

PAIN (also see Beyond Pain here – with the options to get started on your own path to undoing why this is part of your current life)
From the Chinese classics, the Ling Shu chapter 72, “when the Shen is peaceful the pain is minute”. That means that if you’re upset about something it’s going to hurt more, which is why when there are pain clinics they send everybody off to go and get do meditation and mindfullness. I ask – why not correct why there is pain? put everything back to right?
From a womb working viewpoint, the womb is the center of the body. All is hinged from there. When out of alignment, balance is not possible.

From any culture before the Flexner Report, (See here if you want more on how civilisation has not been the same since). Food as was essential, as was living with way of the seasons. Not forcing , but going with the flow.

If you don’t have what’s needed to grow a baby nest, your body’s going to rip it out of you. And the more you’re in a state of malnutrition, which might mean you’re really fat, but there isn’t, and you know this from the cow thing, if you don’t have the nutrition that you need, you’re not going to be able to do the job that your body has initiated, if it’s going to at all. So we’ve got to do something about availability, but also bioavailability, and also gut function.

And I was attempting to answer the question, saving babies after 24 weeks, well most of it’s nutritional. She’s doing stupid things. It’s like if you have a cow that’s slipping her calves, it’s not right.

So why is that? Oh, you go to hospital and they do these various things with drugs and whatnot, but you’re still in the same toxic environment at home, or whatever. So, you know, he’s still stomping on you. Like whatever’s going on, that has to stop.

And then you have to do something serious about nutrition, because it wouldn’t have happened had you sorted that out before. So I’ve got all sorts of courses on that as well. Like you get all of this, and you have to work through it, because it’s your life.

So when we’re going back to the botanicals, in other cultures people used the plants, because that’s what they always did. At different times of the year, at different times of the cycle, different things were going on in anybody’s body. You know, everybody had a kitchen garden and a medicinal garden all through Europe.

We don’t now. We’re told, go to the chemist. No, because they’re going to have, go back to the Flexner report, they’re going to have all the pharmaceuticals from the petrochemical.
