Welcome
I will write this up later . .
You can watch again but I will add in suggestions etc
From my 2014 Period App
Gushes/floods

Description: A deluge as though a dam has burst. Flow is hard to contain and may keep coming as though a hemorrhage. May feel exhausted during and afterwards, as your body cannot keep up with the manufacture of what is being squandered.
Why: If you have not had an accidental trauma to your body/belly to create this, or are in the midst of a miscarriage, you may see that you have what East Asian medical people would call Hot Blood Eventually you may end up with Deficient Blood and then age more rapidly – Jing Depletion
Solution: Need to stop the excessive blood lost – and acupuncture may be the best way as it clears the underlying issues. May be low thyroid function – which will lead to and be partially caused through malnutrition – not enough of the appropriate ingredients whilst too many wrong ones. Low Iodine may trigge this. Low iodine may trigger this.
Pain
Description: Pain is felt Its presence means flow is not as designed. Periods/ bleeding regularly is what a woman’s body is made for.
Why: Pain happens when there is something blocking flow/circulation. Pain happens when something is not right. Blocking circulation. Need the womb / pelvis to be aligned appropriately. Remove the blockage, there then is no need for the warning of pain. Maybe start with enough clean water daily? Beyond pain? Also a great lack of Vitamin D3 – and thus not able to use the minerals – especially magnesium (always add it on topically. At least 10 times daily onto skin. If it prickles/burns – means you need to remove the mercury and other heavy metals that are blocking absorption and thus health.
Solution: Start with structural – massage and the use of the moxa and pressure – see more here. Get more nutrient dense foods into your life. Magnesium on the body, plenty of loving touch, sun and exercise. Better nutrients and hydration needed. MUST avoid all heating aspects – not only the oral route in – but also all toxic aspects including our emotional frustrations and rages. No sugar/ cereals/ caffeine/ alcohol/ and all toxic influences.
Menopause
Description: Should be a seamless transition into not bleeding/providing for others through her body. A woman should experience no symptoms in periods, or in the cessation of these. Peri menopause is simply a woman doing too much with too little, for too long.
Why: Menopause shows up as the report card of the life each woman has had. I am yet to see someone without low thyroid function being called ‘menopausal.’
Solution: Ensure that before, and during the bleeding years there are enough quality resources are present for the monthly cycles that are intended to make another person. Jing expenditure – Read more
