- GB 31 and 41
- Slide hand down to touch tailbone.
TURN OVER
- As well as all else previously covered – now add in acup points
- Scars – are they different after sacral work?
- Check ovarian area, rake and leg for walk.
TURN OVER
- Stuck Liver Qi Release
- Sacral wakeup.
- General stretching in back (down from head)
Settling as needed and more sacral work
Check O.S.L. out of interest.
- Glut slides.
- Settling and more sacral work.
Up for pee/a walk/a steam
Now we DO the new moves.
You can either do back (sacral smash etc) or the front ones – depends on the person – and what is to be focused on.
If it is more a frontal issue of concern/C section scar – do the sacral first.
If they are more concerned with lower back pain – do the frontal first.
FRONT
Loosen up as you feel to – always more round and rounds and chest gouging and gentling jiggles (on hips)
(Always after the deep release breath).
- Ovarian whirlpools
- Uterine Rake
- Taking leg For A Walk.
This may need extra undoing along the GB channel however you can . .
If this is too stiff, undo GB however you can. I needle
(We may have initially tested them GB 31 and 41 as a gauge).
Up and stretch – or straight roll over to do the smash.
BACK
- Back work (general sacral awakening repeat, repeat SLQR/heart work).
- Specific over sacral ridge – a finger width red mark should emerge).
- Glut slides (After gentling and sweeping away)
- Sacral smash. (Must be right over them – not off to one side – thus on the table/couch with them).
- Under sit bone
- Heels to bum and stretch over sacrum.
Check O.S.L. often to see what we are doing)
Shakies and jiggles as needed.
- Stretch from their head down.
- Angle left and right sacral.
Check O.S.L.
- Need to undo around anus?
- Deep coccygeal (as yesterday) as with the sacral off edges.
(Maybe would steam patient first?).
Get up/walk about
FRONT
Belly work gentle.
Chest and lymph as needed
Jiggles
Maybe reacquaint them with their scar – marvel at what has been achieved.
Finish as you wish . .
Close/complete.
