This is an add-on to all else I have done on the subject . .
A mainstay in anyone’s clinic!!
What does this do?
Soothes and calms
Opens diaphragm – breathe better
Allows the Qi to flow
Thus the upper and lower body to communicate again

1 – Oil the area (not much)
2 – Warm hands – and pop a little on.
3 – Slide it over
4 – Say ‘hello’ to the body
5 – Pick up – from the outer side of the spine towards the sides of the body. SLOWLY
Everyone is different – do start gently also.
6 – It may look like a big pinch – I could on her.
7 – Get slower and less ‘pinchy’ at the sides.
8 – Use all the palm of hands and open up to nurture – and rock your body back in a meditative way
9 – Coming back to the spine – in a 15 degree zig-zag.
10 – And again . . . zig zag
11 – Slowly walk across the back
12 – Ready to release fingers – and flatten them to drag gently back (15 degree zig-zag)
13 – Brush off as the now liberated to the surface is discharged.
14 – Throw it away . .makes such a difference.
