Using Heather’s Gentling Ways
Who Is This For?
Anyone who knows that it is time to undo yourself – your inner turmoil, your underlying panic that got you to here – that until now nobody has thought to acknowledge, let alone address.
You could be at the beginning of an projected apparent horror journey and you wish to do something different about it.
Or you could be at the end of your tether and you have so much pain and distress and a life that you have not wanted.
Or you know that this is it now, and your body needs to be aligned as it’s been less than optimal for long enough.
Thus, this applies to all conditions or labels and any stage and age of life.
What Are We Going to Cover?
Week One: Clarity: Being present, discovering feelings and body whispers, trusting yourself.
Week Two: Changing Gear Uncovering the programs and thus the breakages, leading to choices, and how life can work in healing harmony.
Week Three: Body Remembers Uncovering what has been broken. Finding how the body, personality, and life are entangled, ways to gently undo, so letting go is possible.
Week Four: Body Heals Working with your body to make bleeding and breathing easy and free, returning to your blueprint.
Week 5: You Grow Tools to ensure light pours through, accepting, loving and being you, rewriting from beyond you.
Week 6: Taking Charge Newly minted, your consciousness energizes to relearn to live in this world as the brand new you that has arrived.

Your Daily Tools
A physical journal for you to keep next to you. As you go about your day, please write in it.
There are audios of clearing and protection – short and long ones.

You will have a reminder in every day (easily found) of the opening clearing/protection – in the first few days I suggest the longer 8 minute version. Make this your ‘go to’ if/when things seem overwhelming – bring yourself home. You may emerge from this process having gotten yourself to where you haven’t had the time or the inclination to discover before now.
A shorter (4 minute) version will appear midweek.
1999 The guided ‘Reunion Physical Release’, which may help you tense to release, particularly at night.
The‘Emotional Clearance’ will be added midweek into tools.
There will be added in at the week’s end a 30-minute long background audio of bowls with nature sounds.
For you to use with conscious breathing, to sit and journal, as you settle into your daily practice of writing love letters to yourself.
Resources
Initially there is a set of printing to be done. You will leave this course with a workbook that you have added to – sometimes a poster, sometimes a portion of a chapter of one of my eBooks. Often, a set of diagrams that you can stick somewhere to remind you as you go about your day.
A weekly and daily worksheet to allow you to tick boxes. Accountability. Without your own printer, you could send this off to a library or somewhere weekly. How Does This Work?
Showing up every day, you will watch a video after the clearing, protection and safety beginning. That audio – you can go back to it at any stage. It may be you need to remind yourself several times today to bring yourself back into your body, aligned, centered, and feeling safe.
You are going to begin changing habits as you consciously write down what has kept you stuck where you are currently. You may discover you need to constantly pause and write what has come up in the paper journal that you have by you just for this.
TOOL BOX CONSTRUCTION
There will be an opening /protective 4 – or 8- minute option to clear yourself, to be ready. There will be accumulative exercise /move your Qi/lymph section, points you can press to bring you back – and other tools to allow whatever comes up to be gently dealt with differently. There is to be a 30-minute meditation nature track with delightful crystal bowls as an ambient backdrop to your steaming (when we add this in) and journaling.
Breathing and using your hands to soothe yourself as the exercises we build upon daily will keep you present, focused and aligned in light.
Your Red Tent Sharing
As you write answers to the questions asked, you may find more. Share with yourself – your journal is right there also. Shared your answers in the Red Tent – your ‘aha’ moments, your wins and challenges. See how this is often reflected in the others’ sharing and shining, as you see why you are so glad you are finally in a group of fellow travellers.
You can choose (strongly suggested) share answers to questions asked with the Red Tent. You will have journaling to go through, as quite often there are things that will come up.
The tribe in sacred space is for you to be part of. Connection and relating are human needs. As is listening to stories. Gentling Yourself is an inner retreat. You may wish to share your wins, your surprises and your unintended – however they flow. Or not. Your fellow travellers will likely be undergoing a similar journey of self-discovery.
This proven way, done daily, will allow movement and thus change.

THE DARK – the past SCARY STUFF –
Happens to breach your sovereignty usually before you are 10 years old.
As you are older now, with more tools (and getting ever more), this may soon be nothing more than a front.
We will be shining light on where shadow (what has hurt us can no longer hide,

ACTION MOVES – we add in one move daily. These will be collated in the Revision Day 7 so you can run through them all
EXTRAS TO ASSEMBLE
1 – A perineal steaming set would be ideal.
