Spring cleaning? October – 2025

Panic and pain, doom and gloom, you not knowing howto help yourself . . .
Having tried – you wonder who to trust . You likely know me. You know I think creatively and always had some thing that worked- here we are.

You may say – “but I changed my diet”
We do have to start thinking beyond what goes in your mouth – that is only part of the input . .
There is a lot more to consider . .. how you live for starters . .
What you swallow with the food. . CAN your gut even work?
‘STRESS’?

but can your food factory function as designed?
Over the years, I have been constructing teaching tools – you may have some of these I am collating all I have been bringing forth:
revisiting them to add into the Being Woman app.

Likely there were myriad times you wanted to ask me – or come and see me. All gone as we know 2020+ happened to all of us.
All went quiet from me as we worked our way out of the troubled times. You may still have worries. And wonder WHERE IS HEATHER?/WHAT WOULD HEATHER SAY? I did put out phone apps in 2014 – and the site that supported these (to give you some energy/Qi basics is here). Further assistance may be found on this 2012 site. It may have unsupported links, or be out of date (I do have 24 sites still).

Especially with panicking over what is happening to you – or a loved one – or the world.

MY NEW PROJECT
The past 50 years – me exploring being curious has led to here. You know I always had a bright idea, and if not – went off to look for you.

What I discovered in clinic was a huge reservoir stuck in everyone – and this volcanic possibility stayed dormant . . . festering quietly . . . in the case of women often peeking out monthly as ‘PMS’ or half the month as PMDD (if you have never heard of this – being mad half the month) – do be grateful . .

In these troubled times, you may want to CHANGE yourself. Declutter – and may even have had enough of the panic that seemingly assails you. Or anxiety. Or rage bubbling up. Or a combination. that has been running you – quietly as you have a body that is seeming to fade – or is in crisis – or anything in between. Here to help .. . .
