Sherie’s 4 boys and how they shaped her being

Welcome

2.5 years after a busy boy . .
She was gifted 3 more =
4 sons
2 C sections.

Vanessa’s version
I was fortunate to be present in the room when Sherie came in for both sessions of Gentling Way Treatment. The first day I felt the caesarean section scar which was 21 years old. The scar tissue was very ropey feeling and it was evident that adhesions were blocking free movement within this area. As the treatment progressed it became evident that improvements were happening. When Sherie got up from the table she commented how easy it was to get up compared to previously. We all heard the joy in her comments as she felt the scar tissue and noticed the change in sensation. The second session freed things up even more, she was so happy with the feel of her body and inspired to tackle her own wellbeing by focusing on giving her body the nutrients it’s been missing and by embracing wellness. The second session once again saw great improvements in the scar tissue and surroundings area. There was more movement within the tissue which was fantastic to feel.

What I did . .
Tried to sort out as fast as possible (thankfully we saw her x2)
needles needed . .
I tried to showcase the Mercier work – as she has an entire protocol apparently.
I have no idea what she adds in to this . .
As well as the usual moves.

C-section Recovery

C-Sections are one of the most performed surgeries in teh Western world. Now they are seen as very routine. With little to no care or education following the 6-8 week clearance a lot of women don’t understand the potential hurdles they may endure after a c-section. Excessive scar tissue that develops can cause pain during intercourse, painful urination, and even has the ability to create fertility issues down the road. After your 6-8 week clearance post c-section the incision will be worked on to help break down the scar tissue and bring sensation and mobility back to the organs of the pelvis.
