Welcome
incomplete page
As part of this – often people have NO IDEA when you poke.
This means you are measuring resistance.
This is Reichian armour band material
As part of the checking – and clearing . .
Here we are asking the BODY what it needs.
This is before you start the Qi Moving – so you get an idea of what to do next – when you begin to work on the recipient – and also – gives them a measure of what you are doing. As you will see in the WDCD work (see below) – the upper is the overflow from the bottom. Hips/butt hold all the STUCK life residue – rage and long held bitterness that overtime festers – so very well.
Upper body mischief – migraines, neck and shoulder tension and all sorts of everything not wanted – will keep happening without undoing WHY it is there. Reminder – TCM is about somaticized – as in stuck eventually telling you (in the physical) not why or how it got there. You need to remove and return to perfect functioning. I press these to see how we are going. Pain = STUCK.
WHY is there pain? Why is that pint sore to touch? None should be. .I may pop a needle in to undo all the built up ‘stuff’ as I am decluttering – though not initially as I check with these. . Multiple categories are ticked – also fixes and by this – also soothers /calmers. ..
Points do not always hurt when pressed – but it is a great start
Mu
The Mu point info (CLICK) is also an essential – and often all I started with . .
Xi Cleft (CLICK) – their job is to clear stagnation either/or in the channels and /or the associated organ.
Back – I also use the intevertebral spaces – and the associated HuaTuo points (CLICK).
In many styles of acupuncture they work on the hara – the area around the navel. We are in a basic class here – what can we do to segue from hands to pricklies – and how is an easy way to allow this?
Here is the back work – see also wdcd 134 (CLICK) – actual page
GB 21 – is usually way too reactive – and measures the STUCK from the bottom. Few know this – and work diligently where the problem is showing up. Look to the gall bladder channel and see that it stats at the outside corner of the eye and follows all around the ear and again up the head – to the nape of neck and down via this point to the entire side of the body, including the hips. .
SI 9 – A greatly ignored area – as is down the upper arms.
SI 11 – Same – the centre of the shoulder blade.
All are so reactive – until we undo the repository – the butt.
The butt – all is in wdcd (CLICK) pdf download .
Intervertebral spaces – all the way up – I start from the sacrum and work all the way up – go slowly as it takes a while to register. If you find a lot sore – most are not in the mid back area – but – some all the way – then press Bl 62 – Master Point of Yang Qiao Mai. I pop in GV 1 after this point and recheck. Always use the Master Point to defuse what is percolating and ready to be moved on.
GV 1 – Is not something I poke until they get to know me – though it is critical to see how we are blocked in Dai Mai and up the spine (Du Mai). So many have broken their tailbones – I twice – the issue is – did it hurt more to get up from sitting than actually sitting down? (And that hurts ENOUGH . ). Inserting this needle – and being good at it – will often alleviate a lifetime of can’t sit comfortably – or at all – since the incident) which means – we are a huge help!!!
This point – and all GW hand work around it – allows the deep release of all nape of neck (‘wind’ CLICK) – points also.
Reminder – classifications of points (CLICK)
