Welcome

We have the one body – please look after yours’.

Sometimes we get stuck as what we are doing works – especially in the sacral smash or as with me – if my hands turn on – I stay put.

How long?

It will depend (on not you)

Get ahead – hydration and always have your comfort looked at prior to any move you begin. Hence when you are with me teaching I spend most of the time showing/telling you where my body is and the effort in self care.

If my hands turn on – I am there for the duration – hence ALWAYS get ready . .
