Maternal Quandry – Heather’s third child

I put this out as there seems to be myriad ways to be human – here is my account of a pregnancy that netted me a life journey. Done as part of the Three Sisters Story – as a small group of my students got locked down and we ‘amused’ ourselves – talking through the ways we got to the Gentling Way… Maja as my midwife – thank you.

Where she came from

The mother’s pregnancy story and what happened next . . Shall we learn from this? Please fill out this as a case history.  What I did template/GW session template (they are the same). Walking you through the video . .  a lot happened. We could be better – at all stage – what I could have done and what now? This will be later on the page.

  • 6 minutes – ‘morning sickness’ – emotional climate STUCK . . and the life I lived in – was a distraction.
  • 8 – we do tend to be willful!

  • 43.20 – Listening to the (apparent) head of the game . . NOT myself . .
  • 44.45 – It got soooo much worse
  • 45.45 – First fit – and into hospital – a month – NOT dying . .
  • 47 – Heather upset – get your own helpers around . .
  • 48 – Why did I NOT let her die . . ??

  • 1.20.00 – What happened to mum? She kept going . . breastfeeding – kept on being mum to two others. .
  • 1.23.00 – The set up gyne with this body??

What was so special about Heather?

Accept no limitations – Did not give up
Systematically worked on what was the priority – Initially:

  • To keep her alive.
  • To keep me in a state to breastfeed.
  • To undo what had happened
  • To restore what was possible.
  • To deal with what came up.

This meant listening my own drum – as few had any notion of what was possible – when we do.

More of this mother’s life

The baby had to be BROUGHT back . .
Thus – a post birth rescue. .

A line was crossed yesterday.
I am now out of my daughter’s life – I relinquish. Not my will – Thy will be done . .
