LLI April’s belly – Catch ups into Mercier moves

 

 

We often have differences

Teaching belly moves to ‘catch up’ from the Self Soothing course to where we start the LL I belly work
We have done a lot of sacral and Stuck Liver Qi Release etc first ..

  • 4.00 – ‘The cement post’ – where we can.
  • 4.40 – Making an ‘M” on yourself- usually this is a huge change in the pull up.
  • 5.00– ‘Scoopy scoppy’ – lower belly soothing.
  • 8.50 – starting in the ovarian area – we will go n a lot deeper later
  • My commentary on the attack more of the Mercier work – forceful.

  • 10.10 – Go gently to start with . .
  • 11 – Round and round – to calm it all down . .
  • 12 – Taking leg for a walk (explaining how to position yourself) .
