Teaching belly moves to ‘catch up’ from the Self Soothing course to where we start the LL I belly work
We have done a lot of sacral and Stuck Liver Qi Release etc first ..
- 4.00 – ‘The cement post’ – where we can.
- 4.40 – Making an ‘M” on yourself- usually this is a huge change in the pull up.
- 5.00– ‘Scoopy scoppy’ – lower belly soothing.
- 8.50 – starting in the ovarian area – we will go n a lot deeper later
- My commentary on the attack more of the Mercier work – forceful.
