The tailbone area and deep sacral work

This is not a starting move

Here we see the back work – O.S.L. and how to finish off the back
As with all the Gentling Way work – we set them up to win.

What is found where on this clip

Checking findings

  • to 6.30 – undoing what is stuck on the vertebrae – the tension in many different layers and directions.
  • 7.07 – jiggle jiggle
  • 8.40 – how to do the move

Always check the OSL constantly – as we need you to ‘own’ the work also.
This profound shift will be radically life changing.

  • 10.50 –  the upper component
  • 13.10 – sacral directions
  • 13.23 – legs pulled
  • 15.10 – figure of 8 again
  • 15.55 – more movement after deeper SLQR
  • 16.50 – poking in pants

        Poking in pants. .  .

Also . . .

  • 17.35 – hippy shake
  • 18.20 – arising gracefully
  • 20 – Fixing final problems.

Stuck Liver Qi Release, shaky shaky, hippy shake spinal stretching and sacral gouging, rolfing, yanking and knuckle pummeling not so much – but at least 1 repeat of each – going deeper each time.

Streaming is really good to loosen and also allow more deeper into what is stored there.

The fascia is following instructions – we are suggesting to the body that these old programmes/memories/habits may not serve it now. .  Also need a lot of magnesium topical added on and hydrate well. Keep them also warm/draped as things swiftly change – add in some sprinkles (lustre bowl/remedies) as you go along.

The actual smash – is 3 minutes – it is a long time for you.
Get comfy and hydrated – and having both had a pee recently – this is us over reaching ourselves usually.

You are up on the table with them – knees on the edge of it.
With pregnant women they are on the floor and that is so much easier as all body weight is the easiest for us.

Ask them about 1 minute in, how is their mid/upper back – as usually if they have had a problem they no longer do.

You can go harder at that point if you like – more of your weight – to do this you are over perpendicular to them.

Remember that the coccyx has 42 structures hanging off it.
Maybe hippy shake – definitely also a shakey shakey first – then – the hard hand at 45 degrees into the sit bone.

Both about 15 – 20 seconds – go in gradually and off gradually – but most of the time is a very firm pressure.

Then get their knees together and gradually in and out breath bring their legs back towards their bum

(I call this strangely enough – heels to bum).
Do not be surprised if the men are very stuck.
Women squat – they do not.

Then more shaky gently – a spinal stretch and get them to come up into a yoga pose of child, held for a wee while – maybe cat pose also. Sit on the edge of table – offer water, salted something and maybe do a bit of point percussion or something prior to them getting off and walking about.

Usually this is the prelude to the belly work – but already done. Could steam next.

My usual sequence is front, back, front, back front.
With loo breaks, steaming and maybe I started with cup on navel . .

It is all broken up – DEPENDING on what is happening and what you feel to do.

How I used all of this on a very pregnant woman to open her as yet unused baby gate . .

(Resulting in an easy  2VBAC in 2 hours . . after all breeches)
Myriad uses. .
I suspect all midwives need to do a training in this as it is to fix after bad birth (however long ago), ensure ease of life in general at any age – and to overcome whatever ails anyone, any sex or phase of life.
