Back to normal within a couple of days. .
And w wait – not losing toe nail – unsure of what the nail will look like as it grows out.
Toe 2 weeks later still is slightly swollen and the nail root area is still blackish . .
This was a stunning intro for Sita as the recipient of care we worked on had had an incident where a massage therapist had wrecked her leg – by elbowing in hard into the back of he knee – leaving her a month later still in pain – and unfortunately we did NOT film the brilliant way out – mircrobleeding – plus a few other well thought out pricklies – so this is the way out fo constant pain often – MOVE THAT QI (and if the blood is congealed – we are talking TINY here- unsticking it this is the answer).
