Living Ligaments I work on LIz

Welcome

There is SOOO much to be found in my ‘archives’
Back then I was teaching this work a lot – more purist – so if you are NOT SURE about the LL . .O.S. L. work – do watch carefully

January 2018

Brilliant explanation – me teaching Keren who was doing the filming
You see the classification do moves happening  and constant rechecking

Warm hands – some SLQR – I was then not using moxa as this has been a life long issue . .
3 minutes – you can see the testing/checking for the OSL – falling off and being flat . .
And thus – back then  I was attending this – but NOT the Arvigo way – (attack) as we need to undo WHY first  ..

Perineal pullup – and also the sacra ‘wrongness’. Palpation . .
6 – 8 minutes – little work – then rechecking . .
Rotation of the pelvic is our mission – need to correct it. (Why our body can’t by itself).

11 minutes – I was not moving sides as was being filmed – you MUST as it is a totally different experience.

13 minutes – free form – we can do anything at any time . .
And not stick to the ‘protocol’ – ours is – It Depends . .
And be clear on intention . .
We are undoing whatever is holding the rotation STUCK.

17 minutes – sacral stretch . .

20 minutes feels totally different. GB lines of Qi – and stuck . .released.
23 minutes – me demonstrating the sacral self work . .

26 minutes – we test again to see what we need to do – and how it feels – usually a lot clearer.
RESULTS – flatter and clearer and happier. .

Treat the back to work on the front !!!!!

Part 2 – demonstrating the O.S.L. correction . .

Pelvic rotation correction – part 1

SLOWLY . . .
Part 2 and this is the usual correction needed – most of us fall down this way.
Do more little jiggle jiggles – I was showing the essentials do the how to’s 0 – do the half way little calmers . .
Part 3 – foot correction
Check again – stretches and  .  .
8 minutes – WE could have done this Mercier sacral smash.. FIRST . .
That was then – now I do the Mercier work likely FIRST and the Arvigo inspired at the end – if needed. (Often not).
