Welcome
Please remember – this is The Moves.
We are inhabiting the body – and have stuff stored.
These are the belly moves. When working on/with someone the cold has removed, the sacral moxa fan, the SLQR and all needed to soothe and settle has been achieved. We do NOT start here. It is the movements they take home explained as per their own instance – bearing in mind past surgeries (stomach removal etc) and how they must handle their own selves.
The online course is a way they can get into their own work.
Here is me demonstrating on me (CLICK)

STARTER MOVES ON BELLY
Filmed in France 2017-8
We are in teaching mode. Here we have working on another – she has been under treatment – the bruise – lack of Vit C – should not have this after a needle is extracted. The apparent speed is because we are cold and in the midst of many other moves.
We also need ingredients. . .
I speak about repairing the warning signs the body gives us.
Iodine depletion and skin changes.. . reverse them – like a thirsty plant needing water.

How to do this
FIXING /CLEARING MOVES – origin – Arvigo teachings:
Don Elijio Ponti . .and the central American traditional healers
As she has a diastasis (CLICK) – we are not working on the midline. Please – me working on a man’s diastasis.
Also here
Clearing meridian blockages – the scars on the central line – all are important to release.
From a different view point – another student filming
What next . .
I go through how to make this easy for the patient.
How to each to do at home. KEY POINT – gentle . . .
Fingertips are way more sensitive – but due to body geography, may need to do sides of hands – long fingernails, rolls of adipose tissue, sore elbows, shoulders – any way to make it easy we show.
Ideally would be doing an out breath – but the Reichian work may be instigated – and I tell the story of this.

Please be aware that lustre bowls, copal and vibrational, sound and healing may all be on hand.
Another round and round and jiggle jiggle – see what she may need – sip of tepid liquid, a breathing break, off to loo? Another chest gouge, diaphragmmatic lymph moves. . maybe in each new move. .
SOOTHING/ CLEARING MOVES – origin – Arvigo teachings:
Don Elijio Ponti . . and the central American traditional healers Via Dr Rosita Arvigo
ALWAYS slow and shallow. Barely touching the surface.
Maybe not if they are super-sensitive – we work on the aura also.
Gentling in the directions of the arrows.
Almost above the skin to begin with.
Tension stored there may make your work slow and subtle.
Leave space for them to breathe away what may be stored there.
Especially if they have had surgery there. So much emotion Or surprise all of you.
(Reichian armour bands) may be ready to be released.
My variations – how to do this practically:
ALWAYS – Another round and round and jiggle jiggle – see what she may need – sip of tepid liquid, a breathing break, off to loo? Another chest gouge, diaphragmmatic lymph moves. . maybe in each new move. .
LOWER SOOTHING – only after all other steps
After all the above – this is almost the end.
MUST have been checking the pull ups – as they will have improved.
In between each move a round and round and jigglejiggle and breaths as you see fit.
Only as high up as the top of the hip bones.
Again – super slow and gentle – almost above the skin.
You gradually introduce yourself deeper as you proceed.
Keep warm – I use a soft sarong to guard against breezes – this is all super tending
Often go back to the chest gouging and clearing the diaphragm and lower lymph moves.
Offer sips of warm water and get them to breathe deeper to release.
Peritoneal untangler
After more settling moves – we close the work with around and round from the navel, then go to legs and gently shake, leaning backwards, using our own body weight to give traction.
So ends this front work.
