Gentling Moves – Flank Gouging

This may not end up being so gentle! As always – we start gently and go in deeper as we need to experiment how deep you can go.
Start lower down the body – the closer you get to the armpits, the likely more painful it can become.
This is THE way to undo the upper body – please review the role of the Gall Bladder meridian – the sides of the body.

Why? To free up the chest, breathing and shoulders, neck – all of head – clear away the STUCK!

Safer to start from the back as it can be exquisitely painful

 

Note how I am standing – always go slow, start from the bottom and slowly go in – and up the sides. As you go through this several times – we can start being deeper – never faster.

Do not be surprised if they are – as this loosens so much – especially in the shoulders..

This is almost end of a session – and often will undo the hip areas and the inguinal region

An important ending to the session – have them sitting up and do these moves to get the structure aligned.
I have needle sin and then go through all of this whilst they are there – makes a huge difference to flexibility – you work with both hands and tools – till all perfect – and slather ever nore topical magnesium on – offer tepid water in bulk and salted nuts. cheese to allow the stability as the body realigns and has more nutrients to do so.
