  • Started – SLQR.
  • 2.30 – We begin with sacral work
  • 4.20 – Sacral rolfing
  • 4.50 – Side to side
  • and yanking
  • 6.25 – popping it up – each vertebrae
  • 7.00 – Gentling jiggles (maybe also Reiki)
  • 7.40 – Stretching sacrum from the head end
  • 9.10 – Glut slides
  • 10.45 – WDCD gougey moves in GB 30 area – hip deep work
  • 12 – We took pics – not sure where they are (will look for them)
  • 13 – Poking around in ‘Hortences’s point’ – in Alcock’s canal.
  • 14 – Rechecking the O.S.L.
  • 14.30 – Showing how to do coccygeal work – similar to the sacral work.
  • 16 – Deep sacral work
  • 18.30 – Gentling afterwards
  • 19.30 – Explaining why we do not ‘do’ the move – but work out why it would not hold – this is NOT the Forcing Way.
  • 21 – Getting ready to do the sacral smash (3 minutes and ancillary moves after)
  • 22.45 – we forgot to turn the camera on again!

  • 2 ish – Doing the first pokey bit on the vertebral attachment area.
  • 6.55 – Figure of 8
  • 9 – Demo on what we will be doing
  • 9.50 – The move – pelvic torsion
  • 12 – Stretching sacrum
  • 12.55 – Shakey shakey
  • 13.20 – Leg pulled (not moved with) leg rolled then pulled – active side.
  • 14.30 – Good stretch again
  • 15.25 – we have been in teaching mode – and we need to actually Get On With It now . .
  • 16.30 – Back to some sacral work
  • 17.30 – Hippy shake – gently
  • 18.20 – getting up gently
  • 20 – consequences . . . . – we add in more magnesium – and now we play with the upper body.
  • 20.40 – flank gouging
  • 21.40 – point percussion
  • 22 – flick of

 

What is so different about this work. .

We are working within a grid of energy, a meshed physical with emotional responses, memories and stuck spots – all gifted to us to play within – here – and to learn/grow.
