We are not finished sleep challenge – but getting Qi flowing is also needed – and we will find that we accommodate to aching/ pain – normalising blockages – learning to live with  . .


Self first

What are you used to?
Vanessa .
Pain Not much. Get a cold the day before periods, sometimes period or ovulation pain. Occasional headache after exposure to gas. Occasional wrist or ankle pain – ditto re gas or perfumes. Occasional lower back pain but rare.

Me – very occasionally in right sided aching – lower back . .and I know it is all about where is the magnesium and exercise . .? Only since I have not been up and down the stairs and working with people – as I had been all my life.

Pain in my wrists, from too much phone use/working in food production. Started when working in food production due to consistent/same movement all day with hands. Found the gua sha and a bit of Bowen therapy really helped (and working less
But I used to have period pain too but now since the iodine and steaming I do not get it and my periods are getting closer together, they would be like 6+ months apart but now are about 2-3 months apart and not as heavy, more enjoyable.

  • ME – or discomforts . .? Arm?
  • Lisa – Ok. Arm bothers me with cold where I broke it. At my wrist.
  • ME – There we you go. Got used to. Not good enough! We fix!
