How Do We Get You to Become Your Own Best Friend?
The gift unwrapped, not looking like a good present, is sitting there in plain sight. You will do anything instead of this. . Often others can see whilst you will go anywhere except there.
What is going around and around in your head? What is coming up as I’m saying this? Whose voice/ whose words/ whose script is it that is in your head?
Did it belong to your great-grandmother on your father’s side? Is it something you last listened to on a podcast? Is this the thing that you were told all through your life, and that you are still running with? Is it even COMFY? Or what you are used to? What would you need to let go, if this went?
Are you still going to listen to what has run you till now, or will you stop and let that which needs to come through take over?
Your body is refusing this now. No longer giving hints, it has started to yell at you. “Shut up!” will not work.
