FOOD – and why we need it

Most just pop something in their mouths – all day

YET – there is a system – and understanding how a well body fuels and repairs itself through time is not taught in schools – except perhaps from a biomedical ‘this does that’ perspective. You will likely need to know more.

Is it your healthy gut bacteria /your actual body that ‘want’ what you gravitate towards? Or is it the ‘naughties ‘ that took over and in imbalance are running you?

I have courses tied into this as it is central to any life concerns.
I use the East Asian medicine approach, as I have yet to find that it does not work – can’t prove it wrong)
We need to start with what a well body does to process what goes in the mouth – not WHAT is put there .

Start with WHEN .. the body can process food best. Whilst this is about the ENERGY not the organs only – it gives you the awareness that “breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and tea like a pauper ” applies.

Need to pay attention to the seasons, the time of day and what the body can do, the time of the bleeding cycle, whether you are working or resting and healing, or in a time of over exercising ,and if pregnant – how much you are working WITH not against your body and its needs . .
