When Your Energy Runs Out
The result of incidents, accidents, your energy not being sufficient to be able to go around your stuck spot any longer, and your life has as a result, has become too hard.Distressed enough, you asked others what to do about it. Time to listen to YOU.

ACTION / MOVES – Sacral discoveries

The sacrum and pelvis may be the seat of your pain. Be aware that anything could arise – and how to deal? Gently. If you are cycling, you may need to watch for an upsurge in Liver Qi being released. (See yesterday again) – maybe read the eBook there. Feelings – coming up not being STUCK any longer – it will shift.

What broke you? Me . . My mother, thinking she was doing the right thing, went to the teaching hospital, and after my birth, she did not see me until day three. By which time she assumed I was dead and they hadn’t told her yet. I’m effectively the broken baby of the broken mother. Her own mother was also taken away from her mother, just as I was taken away from my mother. There may be something in your own past that may be recycling generationally. You might start asking questions and this might start making more sense to you, particularly in your older years. – because we become the age that we remember our grandparents and great-grandparents being, eventually, and we’re carrying so much. We all have helpers. Maye as lineage behind us.

Dredged up a bit, this is the shortest day, while you have a bit of a rest, retrieving your sense of NEW self. Whilst attempting to focus on your physical body, you may need to ask yourself a question: “If I don’t know what’s going on, what I’m not feeling, but I’ve got a headache or whatever – what would I guess it to be? What has Heather trodden on?”

We’re living in the present, but we’ve got many imprints that we’re living in concurrently. That’s the programming. You might have an ‘aha’ moment because you can’t hold whatever it is that’s come up any longer. And you might ask yourself: “What is the gift of that question?”

You may need to ask yourself three essential questions: in a niiave, not victim way. You want to find your answers.

  1. Why me?
  2. Why there?
  3. Why now? (Or then, when whatever happened?)

ASK YOURSELF – how I stop this usually is . .?

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU CAN’T COPE?

If you need more than hitting a sofa/stable furniture (or preferably a wall corner of house is excellent – whilst maybe yelling
Take the towel to the floor and bash the floor with it, whilst you are on your knees.
Get some muscle into it

Imagine you are beating someone up – put their picture there. .
