First mum to be – 4th bub 36 weeks – all had hypoglycemia at birth and struggled to breastfeed – and is depressed.

This time around chose to home birth with the co-vid stuff. We started working together at 35 weeks. So with Heather’s help we showed the couple how to use moxa and opening the baby gate stuff, big discussion around nutrition as history of anaemia, had iron transfusion just prior to working together. And we did navel cupping to draw out the cold. (Iced perineum x 3 times).

RESULTS
She birthed after a spontaneous labour at 41/40, 3.5hrs, completely hands off, powerful & strong, with great joy of a beautiful 4.8kg baby girl with no tearing. This baby is feeding like a trooper. First time successfully feeding. No hypoglycemia as the other 3 had.
There are a lot of contributing factors, especially her own personal journey but I know this work helped.
Heather’s note – and all the changes in eating and living.
Look after yourself and your body will gift you easy births, easy maternity and easy lives.
