1 – What is health?

This is assumed – we all know what it is. But do we? Whilst designing and writing an acupuncture course 40 years ago – I came up with ‘the body’s ability to adapt to change’. It has served me well – across all levels of query. When we stay within the limits we are designed to live within, we are more likely to feel well – not in a battle to survive.  – we have homeostasis that allows the body to stay safe. Functional, repairing and reproducing and dwindling in time. I wonder .   .

2 – Will you know when you are there?
3 – Were you well’ before you got ‘ill’?
4 – What is your goal in wanting to be better?
5 – Do you have a role to play? OR – is your life someone else’s responsibility?
