This is an invitation – into deeper Womb Work
You maybe considering up-skilling, or are intrigued with my work and offerings. Especially in pregnancy and all matters gyne – including elder care. You may have been in womb trainings with others before, or this may be a step into hands-on, holistic transformative care of others. We work on ourselves first. We get together to advance our embodied experiences. We may find ourselves carrying unwanted, out dated and likely hidden programmes that may not even have been ours, but we were holding them. Akin to going through the wardrobe asking –“Does it fit?” “Do I even want it now?” and gratefully letting go what no longer serves us. THIS IS NOT FORMAL (men-led training) we are not being ‘qualified’ into inclusion/exclusion ”qualifiers’ allowed-to’s as all you will have been exposed to up until now.
Who is this for?
Those who know that what is offered in formal trainings is missing why people seek help. AND/or
You also know what has happened to you that has been ignored in the rush to get a ‘diagnosis’ to find something to ‘help’ you
You may be a potentially burnt out body worker/caring health professional and wonder “What am I doing in this world now?”
We turn to what you must offer to you – FIRST.
Awakenings is the previously named Gentling Yourself, then Helping/Healing Yourself Gently. If you wish to enter the world of Heather’s Gentling Ways. For those who are traveling in through caring professions. Undoing our own STUCK first.
IT IS TIME TO BECOME WHO YOU CAME HERE TO BE
I offer this as women tend to give out what they need themselves – PLUS, we all need a community.
Missing in all formal trainings involving helping others is mentoring into deep self discovery. Thus I offer Awakenings to work on US before we go into what we do at work – and what has been gifted to us in entirely male/medical/academic model. WE FEEL.
From Awakenings, you can travel through Reconnecting, and may have already met some of my work through the acupuncture or womb trainings I have shared over the decades. Along the way you will discover the Mayan Spiritual healing perspective and many other culture’s understandings of life and how we can become entangled, leading to why the physical only modalities leave you still with the instructions onboard. This is a radical departure from any other womb work offered. (In 2014 I took the then Arvigo professional training and a day later the Spiritual Healing workshop. I teach an appreciation of The Body Remembers Everything That Has Ever Happened To It – and what needs to still move on is required BEFORE we encounter the gem in this – WOMB CARE.
All of this is a deep inner retreat into you . . .
Awakenings is online, self paced and in bonded class
If you can – the Love Your Womb (offered only in FNQ in person, possibly in the future, online)
The beginning of your exploration in to what make you and everyone else tick – the programming that lies under what we believe ‘reality’ to be.
This is not for everyone – this is not a shallow life to be here – you have questions . .
Life may not the way you likely thought it to be – and here is your way IN to the essence of you
If you wish to be able to assist those who are also in the state of wanting more. (Stuff comes up) . . we need to get a handle on our own first and at this level – it is constant – and in these times
AWAKENINGS – RECONNECTION – LIBERATION is the process . .
We undo SELF first . . then we take to our hands on others as they work on us – to go into womb magic
To be in the INTENSIVE IMMERSION class of mid 2026:
The in person workshops are in FNQ the last week in August. You can begin advancing your skills on all
who seek help from their intractable gyne/urinary/structural and/or digestive woes and their offshoots immediately after attending these.
PHASE 2 RECONNECTING HEART AND WOMBSPACE is in two parts – online AND:
INTENSIVE IMMERSION – FNQ only 29-31st August
YOU will be working in each other in these classes. An advanced practitioner will be part of the team.
You will often be working on ME as that is the easiest way to show you pressure and presence
You may be overseas but can go right using these methods with tuition
