Here is what seems missing in the (ex )Arvigo trainings. .
In 2024 I went to an ‘advanced’ Arvigo workshop in NZ – and whilst DEP was lauded, and embarrassingly worshiped – there was no mention of his sayings, the essence of his work – prayer and plants. (See especially number 11). To help us to do this work as intended – I went through a Promicia and promised to gift my hands through my heart to Ix Chel and the work – so I am invested .. .) to lighten up.
The end of the world is NOT nigh . .

May 2026 – I decided I would go where others seem to fear to tread. SPIRITUAL healing .. thus I went to pick a card – and knew there was only one I wanted – and it was the one that fell out THANKS to all beings. Number 14.
They teach me in my dreams – he was in school, every minute of his life – just not the Germanized military version we all call ‘real education – that formal, linear, devoid of spirit, heart and even these days logic one but – being present, connected and clear enough to know we are one small drop of Light here to enlighten ourselves and others. ..
Could investigate what happened to all the traditional knowings by watching this presentation – as we are all STUCK in this prison. See here – 7 minute visual – enlightening) This is worth listening to – and sitting thru the adds . . Please watch. It resests what you thought reality was/is. and how we are all programmed to be compliant OR ELSE. The colonization/infantacizing of ‘what granny’ and all natural healing crafts knew.

1 – Where is (s) he who will open (her) his heart to do this hard work?

2 – Faith – that is what cures
3 – Don’t think and the blessed herbs will do the rest
4 – The uterus is the woman’s core. If it is out of balance, her whole life is out of balance – physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

7 – It is simple my child, If you don’t thank the Spirit of the plant before you take it from the earth, it will not heal the people
8 – I have faith with all my heart
9 – I never went to school, I never learned to read or write, but up here it is full (tapping his head)

19 – When I take a remedy into my body, I say “Welcome blessed remedy into my sacred body”.
20 – Forgive everyone everything- no matter what they have done – including yourself.
21 – A spiritual bath is full of ‘Energetic Celestial Harmony’ that activates our higher consciousness.
22 – Walk the talk
If I never play my own instrument,
I cannot teach music,
We must follow our own advice, take care of ourselves as well as we do our clients, Do your own spiritual baths, meditate regularly on the great universal mysteries, say prayers for yourself.
23 – It’s not over till it’s over
24 – Abdominal massage brings people into harmony with their souls.
25 – If you don’t face the snake at the entrance to the cave, you have to face the lion outside

29 – I pick, choose and refuse from Catholicism and I choose Mother Mary.
30 – Herbs are healing and regenerative, but they have no hands

33 – If enlightenment comes before the day you die, that would be a great accomplishment.
34 – When in a healing session, if a client has an emotional breakthrough, I tell them “Let your memories slide like a train
Nobody gets off the train,
You don’t get n the train,
Just watch the train go by”.
35 – Back to the garden, back to paradise.
36 – Everyone plus =gs n their phone and electronic devices to get charged., you too need to be renewed and recharged by the energy of spiritual baths, prayers, copal and rest.
37 – Plants are the essence of angels in physical form
38 – Everyone has to die of something , but I don’t want to die of perfectionalism”.
39 – They come to see me
I cry with them
I have compassion for them
As soon as they leave, I also, “what’s for dinner?”
40 – Fear knocked on the door.
Faith answered it, but there was no one there.
41 – If in doubt, don’t, or refer out.
42 – Give nature half a chance, and she has a miracle in store for everyone
43 – I see you fear, now step aside, I have work to do.
44 – Learning from Miss Hortence was like catching feathers in the wind.
SUGGESTION – you think of a number between 1 and 44 and look at what you choose . .
