This means all caffeinated drinks – only normal tepid, and clean not from the tap water.
A lemon daily – squeeze juice, add to a glass and out same amount of water on it – so it is not cold going down your throat – this starts the incoming nutrients for the day.
Now a glass of tepid water and have at least 10 large glasses.
Over the day – if you get thirsty – it s well too late.
Next – avoid all sweet tasting anything.
I was a vegan – no animal anything passed my lips.
As I was so young and in health – eating oly what we grew in the garden, and nuts and seeds and fruit- I did not know better – I ‘got away with it’ – but I do not suggest you also do. this
Now I suggest eating liver – yes, I know we could argue about the toxins the body removes from there – BUT – the air we are breathing si now so polluted
