Pregnancy is a time when the body remakes itself . . Inner renovations. This is why if you take the time out to really look after what has been waiting in the wings – often the ‘stuff’ you do not wish to acknowledge – getting through to now means the baby gets your undivided attention and ‘birth trauma’ – being STUCK in the past – will not drag you and your family into previously uncharted waters. Want to hide away some more? Possibly you can not . .Likely this awaits anyway . .
Asking an elder is the easiest way – do you have living great aunts and grannies still? We know .. . MAYBE . . .
