Welcome
FLOWS MUST FLOW
Waterworks
We may not have ever had to think of this – until it is playing up.
Liver Qi – emotional?
Damp – obstruction
Heat burning and concentrated – can come from either composting (damp) and/or emotional suppression
AND insufficient appropriate hydration
Dripping//not held in place? Spleen Qi/Yang and cold invasion
As with any part of the body – the ‘squeaky door’ becomes the focus.
Most bladder issues seem to be mentioned – ‘Bladder control’
Dripping, leakage, not making it to the loo
What if we can’t pee?
Obstructed?
We covered this first as womb positioning has a massive effect..
I will back up – how and why do we pee?
(Energy concepts)
Look to the role of the Three Heater as that covers the production and circulation of fluids – and Blood etc.
Usual what is seen when looking up ‘what may go wrong’ . .
According to internet – biomedical – (they really need to get past the obvious)
BLADDER CONTROL
- leaking urine during everyday activities, such as lifting, bending, coughing, or exercising.
- being unable to hold in urine after feeling a sudden, strong urge to urinate.
- leaking urine without any warning or urge.
- being unable to reach a toilet in time.
OVERACTIVE – HAVE TO GO NOW see more here
- Feel a sudden urge to urinate that’s difficult to control
- Experience unintentional loss of urine immediately after an urgent need to urinate (urgency incontinence)
- Urinate frequently, usually eight or more times in 24 hours
- Wake up more than two times in the night to urinate (nocturia)
BLADDER PROLAPSE see more here
- Bladder prolapse occurs when your pelvic floor muscles become weak and your bladder bulges into your vaginal wall.
- It can cause pressure or a lump in your vagina, difficulty passing urine and incontinence.
- It is most often caused by pregnancy and vaginal childbirth, but can also be due to excessive coughing, lifting, straining and being overweight.
- There are several treatment options, including pelvic floor exercises, a vaginal pessary or surgery.
- You can help prevent bladder prolapse by doing pelvic floor exercises, maintaining a healthy weight, avoiding heavy lifting and avoiding constipation.
NEUROGENIC BLADDER
‘Neurogenic bladder dysfunction’ is when there are problems with the bladder and how it empties. This is caused by problems with your nerves. It can cause problems with your bladder control. Neurogenic bladder can affect people with conditions such as:
- a spinal cord injury
- stroke
- multiple sclerosis
- Parkinson’s disease
BLADDER INFECTION (Cystitis) see more here
Modern retail industrial ‘solution’ – A VACCINE – and an ORAL SPRAY at that . .
Bladder problems . .
Normal – fills and empties. You know you need to go – You go – You carry on with your life.
No discomfort, no pain, no infections, no smells and peeing on automatic. .
No peeing at night – and can hold till a loo is in evidence – not leaking , dripping, voiding without notice.
My story . .
There is always a personal twist to all of this and hopefully this is academic for you – not personal as this has become for me.
It Happened To Me And What I Did About It will be the title of a book eventually as it is huge: my rescuing myself: and not always with needles/pricklies
