We check the beginning frontal Mercier moves – so we can feel (and so can they) the shifts when we focus on the front – by working on the back – all is interconnected – as you saw watch in the ligament videos.

5 – Bum butterfly and back stretch (Checking/clearing/soothing/fixing)

6 – Discovering pelvic torsion – Mercier moves start (checking/clearing)
7 – Glut slide (fixer)
8 – Sacral edge shovel (fixer)
9 – Sacral ledge shovel (fixer)
10 – shakey shakey/grandma cuddle (soothing)
11 – Mercier inspired move – Sacral smash (fixer)
12 – Hippy shake (soothing)
13 – Hippy shake – shakey/shakey (soothing)
14 – Hippy shake (soothing)
15 – Mercier inspired move – under sit bone (fixer)
16 – Hippy shake (soothing)
17 – Hippy shake – MUST do the same amount of time on the down side of the Bell curve as the up side (Soothing and fixing)
Mercier inspired stretcth – too hard to do – we do ‘heels to bum’/Don Elijio instead
18 – Heels bum (Fixer)
19 – Comforting stretch /shakey/shakey (clearing/soothing/fixing)
20 – Gua Sha – fixing – heat STUCK = pull out the cold stored there
21 – Cooling points inserted
22 – Porcupine bum – will allow us to do the leg for walk move easier . .release that GB angst that is ready to move on. .
23 – Checking progress (do back for the front release) and then uterine rake – SLOWLY – minding the skin – is it breaking down? FIX
24 Continuation of uterine rake
25 – Lymph drainage – clear
27 – Two people on the job – NOT usual – fix
28 – Encouraging more STUCK to move on – soothing
29 – Actual Mercier move – taking leg for a walk – fix
30 – Finalising uterine rake (fix)

In between – you can do what feels appropriate – onto the steamer in between one go at the tailbone is usually my thing.
Check they are up and down several times as that body will be not the one they walked in with on the way out.
SLQR, more stretches, offer the loo and walks about/snacks. Offer more TEPID water all through this. Use lots of magnesium – we did not as it is Kerry – and a lot of her pain is due to this not being bio available. Remember how many times I got Kerry to move her pelvis and or walk about? Especially before you go smashing sacrum, or uterine raking . . Also she needed loo. We are moving the lymph and STUCK all sorts.
