Follow Nature. Listen to the women of many cultures and traditions. When we open the baby gate – love flows. Babies and milk flow: easy happens

We must start a real conversation.
Life is much like baking: you need nutrients and the right method (circulation)
Q – Do you have the right ingredients to run a body well?
Q – Can your flows flow? Are your bits where they are designed to be?
This is NOT medical
Little known fact:
Womb is the centre of a woman’s body, and MUST be correctly aligned, or the rest of her body and life are in disorder
When I was first introduced to the reality of being a woman – it was an Arvigo Self Care class in 2014. How was it that after my then 35 years of being a gyne specialist I did not know all of this? I quickly went through the levels and trainings – becoming a Self Care teacher in that lineage in November 2015.
Adding in what I was already proficient in – hard gyne /hopeless fertility and obstetric ‘high risk’.
What we all need to know. Through out my acupuncture training this was not accentuated, It should have been as my major teacher was a chiropractor who repositioned wombs – maybe I did as most do – if not backed up by others – it got lost? So often health professionals also have no clue.

SHALL WE BEGIN?
I am holding onto the hip bones. . . the iliac crests.
If you reach down – they are the sticky-out bits at your hips – on a line down from your shoulder. If you are very slender – they will stick out more.
If you lie down – you should be able to feel them.
They are part of the bowl – when we do belly work
Front bit facing the floor is the pubic symphysis – which you usually know nothing about UNLESS pregnant and it pains you. The vertebra lead into below to a fused triangle. See the back bit I am holding? Back of my crown

Your sacrum
It has holes in it. These carry the nerves and blood vessels into the pelvis. We can radically shift all that happens in your body by playing with this area.
Let us meet the womb and her different sizes. (If you are a man – YOUR womb is your prostate gland. How did that happen? All mammals start off as girls – and turn into boys with the bits in the right place as dihydrotestoterone is released by the budding testes (would have been ovaries) and they descend, and the clitoris becomes a penis, and the would be uterus has a very different job – and becomes a prostate gland. It wraps around your ‘bladder pipe’ – causing all sorts of grief if your womb starts being as upset about life as the women’s wombs can – and do.
Meet the wombs
Where is she??
Not the way books show her to be – we are 3D.
Wonky ways to be
Called ‘normal’ – but actually creating your everything not right and never getting ‘fixed’ as the womb-centric way of being is foreign to the ones who do not bleed, breed, or bear the scars put upon in general and especially of being cut into..
If the womb is fallen forwards . . on to the bladder
Embedded within
The broad ligament is a flat sheet of peritoneum, associated with the uterus, fallopian tubes and ovaries. It extends from the lateral pelvic walls on both sides, and folds over the internal female genitalia, covering their surface from the front and from the back.
We need this crinkle free – to be able to slide and glide.
Your central organ MUST be where she is supposed to be. You can spend all your life in pain – back, neck, belly, uterine, and all else connected – that is all ligaments for all the body – as the centre of a wheel – all spokes attached (and hub off centre). .. – or FIX IT!!!!
Womb fallen forwards? Bladder woes, and depending on which side if left or right – varicose veins and general that sided congestion. A womb must be where she is supposed to be – or your structural issues – and period pain and all else – WILL NOT GET BETTER. Till you DO sort this out – and gently.
Not with knives, or with forceful attentions.
I mentioned the suspensory ligament? Yes. Often this is ignored – sometimes not even seen as being a real ligament. Where the sacro-iliac ligament attaches to the spinous processes of L2 are not balanced – everything in the body is awry. When I am working – when I correct what is upsetting it – all else returns to the design.
The suspensory ligament of the ovary, also infundibulopelvic ligament (commonly abbreviated IP ligament or simply IP), is a fold of peritoneum that extends out from the ovary to the wall of the pelvis. Some sources consider it a part of the broad ligament of uterus (as we saw with my maroon shawl) while other sources just consider it a “termination” of the ligament. It is not considered a true ligament in that it does not physically support any anatomical structures; however it is an important landmark and it houses the ovarian vessels. The suspensory ligament is directed upward over the iliac vessels.
Your centre has to be centred
What does realigning this do? Almost anything – from bladder prolapse and aching legs: bedwetting in adults: alarming back pain, period issues (of almost all descriptions as the normal circulation of Qi and Blood – must be flowing for the hormones and the wastes to go in and flow out): legs restless and varicose, and any structural worry – especially necks that are not being attended well – it is a easy as correcting the stressors holding the fascia hostage – be it a long ago whiplash, a fall however young you were – or a recent surprise – all can hold the trapped distress – and it shows – elsewhere – as all is connected to all else.
Seriously – you can correct this. Bodies heal themselves – when we undo WHY they can’t.
You can put yourself back together again!! Online courses to gently easily realign your self.
