A calming balance
One of my settling catagories of techniques – you STOP what you were (in soothing you stay on the body)
Simple – anyone can
Realigning the Qi flow through meridians
Any age
Especially if someone can’t settle.
Or very upset- in the finishing stages, when they really need to get ‘taken out’.
I have so many stories of massive assistance this has been for people over the decades.
Key points:
- 1 – Must be butterfly touch.
- 2 – Always a touch contact
- 3 – Observe – when you are on a toe – if that or the corresponding finger twitches – over to next.
- 4 – Use the fingers on the appropriate toes.
1 – Start with middle finger on middle toe
2 – Move thumb over to next toe and pop 4th finger on it – 4th toe.
3 – In position
Must use the appropriate fingers on toes.

Thoughts on this – many
1 – She has added a lot of ‘her’ stuff. The basics are – max 3 mins each toe.
2 – If the person’s associated finger or that toe flicks – go to next one in line.
3 – Leave them very softly. Often people still think that you are there – no need to do bottom of foot if it breaks the flow – I never have.
4 – Make sure that your are settled and count or have a second hand on the clock.
