May also be not foods and even dangerous (washing powder)

Why:
Usually due to nutritional deficiencies, hormonal changes & sensory perception shifts
Can also occur with excessive smell sensitivity.
Solution:
Ensure good hydration & nutrient supply – especially zinc, magnesium & vitamins B, C, D, as well as fats, proteins, veggies, prior to & during pregnancy
Preconception care means few pregnancy problems
Eat to repair and regenerate – not to satisfy tastes.
