Varicose Veins – from my 2014 pregnancy app

Veins popping out of where they should be. They may just be unsightly, or may be remarkably painful, depending upon size

1 – Body is in a weakened state. Body energy not strong enough to hold all tissues in place This potentially includes anything that is out of place – organs, a fetus, also blood and urine (continence issues).

2 – Exposure to cold, especially through legs and the lower body. There may be an inflammatory aspect – avoid all sugar/simple and complex carbs.

3 – Womb misalignment – when all is out of position – excess strains is placed on the lower limbs

4 – Maybe seen as also spider veins – all a sign of ‘Stuck Blood’ in East Asian medicine.

1 – A womb worker who is competent in pelvic alignment, as pelvic congestion is why you have the upset veins.

2 – Avoid ice on or near body (ice used during last birth may be part of the cause)
Avoid all cold exposure, neither by mouth, or standing on cold surfaces

3 – Eat a rainbow on your plate daily – coloured means highly nutritious – minerals and vitamins.

4 – Take more Vitamin C (at least 10 grams over a day). Eat more FAT soluble (no statins) vitamins E, D & K2

5 – Avoid all non nutritious ‘foods’ – sugar especially. Sweet tasting anything may create inflammation.

6 – Taking the cell salt Calcium Fluoride may be helpful here.
