Where to start – in helping yourself to health and vitality?

Eventually we all realise that we are creating our own lives through repeating our old stories

Time for change – then what yo have will also shift

How to change?

The culmination of decades of my helping women when ‘nothing else has worked’. When desperate to release our own shackled self – secrets burbling hidden for decades – we need gentle self acknowledgement.

My life’s work culminating in a self paced undo what ails you Gentling Yourself course –
That course is the desperation answer within a community – all of us are working with the inner demons and why always whatever people do to /with you – does not necessarily ‘work’

Up before this – a smaller course . . Why does it hurt?
It is the LIFE that is the issue – not the bits hurting.
A few other courses also will also be done.
As well as the info on the app itself – so much to be done – and the traipsing about the county is only to service D and I – and that will end with us being back at home and me doing an intensive with a woman from GV (jabbed) I get to send how I can stop that affecting me). PLUS the next courses – hopefully I will get pain one up (Why does it hurt?) and then still the Gentling one – you get access to all as a thank you for holding this space whilst I attempt.to get it all organised. .

The weather is changing and our body must adapt .
HEALTH – the ability to adapt to change. . What are YOU hanging onto?
That is the crux over the Gentling Yourself course. ‘Left overs’ – life residue are using up too much ‘band width

CHALLENGE

We all need to declutter – within us – habits, programmed and hopes all will stay the same – BUT life does not.
Seasons of the day – month and year and life all impinge – thus the best thing – is to enjoy each moment, each encounter and every day .

Get a tape measure. Not the scales – can do that also – BUT measure yourself. The flab/extra is what upsets all of us. Me – I put on a fat apron – never had before as a stress response to the Passion app issue – they take $$ and the carrot dangle s- hence – not sleeping, not eating, body is silly mode. . we likely can all relate. Measure what? not the usual stats that the men had for checking ‘beauty’ we need to fill in the sheet provided . .here

The inner alchemy poster – what happens to keep us alive

We likely also carry too much (weight) on our frames.
PLUS it is there usually as we have DAMP and thus Heat sitting where it is not designed to be . .
Whilst we could see the portion size and what we eat shrink
What is required is more stomach ACID so any aspect of not digested (Damp) is attended to

FOOD FACTORY . . . .

The coins – stand in for the excess life force (Jing) inherited inner ‘bank account’ we store IF the process is life supportive, not entrenched in digestive distress – we are only as good as our gut. The inner caldron – can’t ‘cook’ and assimilate the nutrients and discharge what is waste if it is too cool .
The red lines: the flows of Qi – the blue flows – the essence of the Qi and body fluids that keep life living

MUST have a warm belly – no cold put in . .
And if the skin feels cool to touch – nothing will work as designed this is crucial – past 2 of my Triage. .
1 – Calm the Shen – in the Gentling Yourself course.
2 – Pull out cold /retrieve the Yang Qi (the navel pulling and moxa component of all I did in clinic
3 – Free the scars . .

Before this – the Free Your Own Qi is needed – which is part of the action component in Gentling Yourself . . Here is the free link . .

I suggest that you start here first – as it contains the WHY . .
The HOW to fit this is to set aside a little time every day and get started ..
as change only happens when YOU change what you are doing . . suggested morning routine . . . From my 2001 Living as Energy book

1 – get the poo and fluids moving first
2 – Then the skin . ..(dry skin brush)
3 – Then the entire body with breath . .

Even if this is accomplished initially in a chair

Breathe in when stretching, and breathe out when scrunching your body up.

Sun salutation, or Surya Namaskar, is one of the most fundamental and powerful sequences in yoga. This basic flow is often incorporated in beginner, intermediate, and advanced yoga classes. It is a complete physical exercise and meditation in motion—promoting a breath-and-movement connection that cultivates inner awareness.

Sun salutation is a sequence of yoga poses performed in a continuous flow and is synchronized with the breath. It is traditionally practiced at sunrise as a way to honor and connect with the energy of the sun. It is often practiced as a warm-up before a full yoga session or as a standalone practice to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, which is why it is an essential part of many yoga traditions.

Sun salutation consists of a series of poses that transition smoothly into one another, synchronizing movement with breath. Each movement corresponds with either an inhalation or exhalation, creating a dynamic meditation that energizes the body, enhances focus, and calms the mind. This practice dates back thousands of years and remains a foundational sequence in many yoga styles, including Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa.
