G Y/S – Feelings – Day 2

Your inner knowingness needs to find its voice

Up until now, the excuse given by others may well be that you are “hormonal.”
Your feelings – the messages that were creating wonky instructions, otherwise known as hormones (inner communications) – will change as you change the messages.

You are here on this course as you and your body has not been not happy.

Likely you came in in panic, disempowered, and distressed.

You are going to rewrite that.

Reminder – forcing VS gentling – we will be being gentle . .
Body Remembers Everything That Has Ever Happened To It
You may not be aware. That is why we are GENTLING. That way, with your breath when your body is ready
It will whisper to you why you have been going around in circles.

‘Reunion – Physical Release’ (30 minutes guided, undoing tension by local tensing a section of the body)

Your Mission
An Inner Retreat – you journaling – having an intimate communication with your. At the back of the book, you might write things to go back to: Who knows what may surface? Your guess is where you begin. You may be surprised at what comes up. You don’t have to be right to write anything. The flow is where you start. The desperation, once addressed, will lead you into where you may find more. And it may not be as scary as you think, which will then lead to the cracks of why.

Feelings run us (Before we get to the physical that is found in the blood tests, there are energy instructions.)
Excuses – Hormones. They are body messengers – change the messaging.
Women are biologically run by 7 year cycles (men 8)
Anxiety and Rage run you when the festering is allowed to happen – an inner war.
The lineage of women looking after women has been lost. Going back a few generations, everybody birthed at home – it’s not seen as unusual.

In the ‘hormonal’ sense, more heat in the blood in the second part of the bleeding cycle – she may end up with premenstrual dysphoric disorder, which is basically feeling mad for the second half of the cycle, or at least premenstrual syndrome, which is for the few days and possibly for a week beforehand. She gets more and more blood energy, thus more heat in her body. She gets more and more unlikely to be able to hang onto that which she should let out in little increments all the time, rather than blasting the volcano through.

GEM: If you are super good at hanging on to everything and smiling regardless, she may find herself with all sorts of conditions that have names that are nasty that can be played with by the medical profession. And they can be chemicalized, they can be lasered, they can be radioactivity, and they can be chemotherapy. But undoing why whatever is going on is happening would give a more permanent and more sensible solution.
