Pilot G Y/S Day 1

This is my attempt to keep the energy going – as it is at my end – and YOU need to get cracking!!

This is a path taken as you now find you can not go on as you have

We are going on a journey from where you are run by something, likely beneath consciousness, to where you have choice – are FREE – to choose

Can be at any stage – often comes in with you . .or at least in the early times so you have no idea that you are carting extras about.

The process of signing up for me to do this legacy download was interrupted with Charlie Kirk’s death as a cautionary tale – by shutting down those who say what upsets others. I got to thinking – severely castigating myself for NOT getting on with it (hiding out). What will be will be and I will hide no more. So this course stopped being fitting in – and being more body based, became as my meditation site (initial heatherbruce.com.au in 1999) based on why I am here – as a way farer . .

To get started I am duplicating what will be on the app course, So you can start now as a somewhere. .
Doing this may also help me to construct the ‘toolbox’ that I wish my students to use to help them get out of their STUCK.

The content here – the Red Tent community will not be here. This is an info dump so I cam be clear at least . . and you can begin.
Whether I use all these videos I did over a month ago – when I presumed we were to get rolling – or not is immaterial. You are in a pilot programme, so tel me what you think please as you go. You know me, all others will likely not. Esp the USA people – they are a trial as they are set in their ways, and get upset easily.
The Kajabi platform where all the courses you have seen so far is placed is no longer my friend – it has gone AI and makes no sense to me, so I am popping what is in the first week of the app course, whilst they, at least up here, so you can start. The format is spat out by assumptive AI.

The course programme may be done in black so the white text stands out – I find that a lot easier to read on the screen to read.

APP QUESTIONS – I ask as this is a pilot course – you are helping me make choices for all: not only me,I want to know.
Some will have reactions to black – I do . .deep menstrual red is what I wanted – or maybe the deepest indigo/blue that can be found.
Similar to what was supposed to be for my meditation work as that is my branding .

(DAILY) what to expect . .

1 – There will be an opening /protective 4- or 8-minute option to clear yourself, to be ready. There will be accumulative exercise /move your Qi/lymph section, points you can press to bring you back – and other tools to allow whatever comes up to be gently dealt with differently. There is to be a 30-minute meditation nature track with delightful crystal bowls as an ambient backdrop to your steaming (when we add this in) and journaling.

My 1999 ‘Reunion Physical Release’, and ‘Emotional Clearance’ will be also added into tools.

2 – The various charts and posters will need printing. These will become a workbook that you have to refer to whenever you wonder what to do. As will the daily and weekly accountability sheets you can choose (or not) to tick off, to give your day more structure.

3 – Ideally you get yourself a journal or two, pens at the ready, as we are in an inner writing retreat also.

4- There will be a daily slide show with embedded video of me walking you through the journey of shining more light into where it may go. Anywhere – this the first week we are about being safe, present and becoming ever more conscious to what has been quietly running within us, now finally being heard.

5 – Every day, there are inner questing’s/ponderings to answer and to then (if you wish) to share in the Red Tent community/tribe, as this could be a solitary state emptiness. We are all in the same boat/same planet hurting through space.  The Red Tent can used this to share what we are uncovering: the challenges, the wins and the jubilation as the body responds by being so much easier to live in.

This is a full set of the actions what were above – What I got out of all of this is how unfit I am 63KG !!! My used to be fat weight was 57, then 59 and then 61 kg and here I am – will sort it out as D has the bike for two in better state so that is today’s mission – daily 15 km rides is whet-at we were doing 2 + years ago.

I will get all to do body measurements and also a picture of yourself – for reference to see what happened at the end of week 3 and also week =6.
I used to do Callenetics – and that is the best exercise routine for women – at home. . . maybe see what you can find – it is intensive. .

Along the way I have discovered a AI system so I no longer spend forever attempting to get my thoughts on here – I speak it and it reorganisers it better

I have gone through the Kajabi courses and taken out a lot of the videos and these will be in the app course – i have to work out how to do the video slideshow today – but am getting this part of the day done, so you can start ahead of the app – in case it is not ready Monday ((feels doubtful).

I planned the journey out on paper. Start top left – you will go et to bottom right .
This is a self paced course – so you take as long as you like.
Once I have constructed the self help TOOLKIT we will get into all sorts of mischief!

The intro – or even before people start the app course – is about assembling things

1 – A steaming set would be ideal.
2 – A lovely journal to have by yourself as you go through the course daily.
3 – Another note pad as things will come up
4 – Get the printing done (see your email) – for WHICH MINUTE – having read through why we do this. and fill it in.
And complete as is now. Esp relevant to those with teenagers – as we as parents are preparing them for the reality of being in charge of their own business of being. And to do so – requires a schedule. . That is the accountability chart – with all the moves from the first week. . I did this to get my daughter from being a slug to walking . . teams of volunteers in and out of the house EVERY day . See more here

INTRODUCTION – you get to answer all of these and share – but is on the app – and we are not there quite yet.

EXAMPLE HI, I’m Heather. I am in my 11th set of 7 year cycles.
I am the first born (1955) of 3 daughters, from a last born (1925) of 4 daughters of a first born (1893) of 5 daughters, 3 sons.
Born and raised in NZ, Live in Australia, and call both countries home.

I am here to pass on the learnings that allow others to get out of where they are stuck, to where they can freely flow where choices are possible, likely and welcome.
In 6 weeks’ time I intend to have completed all the GY/S programme, and  be almost completed the basic content in the Being Woman App.
In 2 year’s time,  I see myself free of all the papers/ of the lifetime of recording the process of Moving Blockages To Healing, be teaching acupuncturists, womb and  birth workers  from my printed texts, workbooks and courses after they themselves have traveled into their dark spots via Gentling Themselves, back out to where Women’s Ways matter, via completed Heather’s Gentling Way.
