WEEK 4 – BODY HEALS – how a system recallibrates – and how to repair/renovate yourself
WEEK 5 – YOU CHANGE – transformation is a choice
WEEK 6 – TAKING CHARGE – whose life is it? Why are you on this planet, now – DO IT!!!
Underneath all that has been medicalised, therapised, and sought help for – there is still YOU
1 – Your Choice – to stay STUCK or break free
Need a goal – what do you want?
If you want change you have to MAKE change.
Effort – me and the bulb – or any garden project – have to be aware of
2 – What to expect – a cost – regardless of whether you do or do not change
Gentling yourself – how long it takes – up to you.
Suggestion – get on with it – and DO IT
NEED – a journal and be able to oringt out the forms sent through . .and YOU DO the work
Commitment – will see changes – if you follow through.
3 – What course looks like
A move each day . . we need to construct a rescue self pack first.
Write down what comes up for you
Ad write it in your journal – anything could happen . .
Be present – whose script are we running – and what happens when we open up?
Be accountable – write down why you did NOT. This will be a record as you go through life – yours – constant easy comfy ‘can’t’s’ have held you hostage.
4 – Freedom comes at a cost

Week 2 – Who is “i”? – we are gradually working through why the bottom circle (biology) has not been able to work well. The ‘middle’ circle – your personality structure – is full up of programmes that are at cross purposes to the electrics and mechanics are not happy.

5 – Change your model
Need to be somewhat aware . . as with me in the garden
We have a template – whose model?
CLARITY . . . . what is holding you back – or are you blindly doing one day after the next?

Thus we journal as it will be a surprise what is in the way . . usually not what you expect it to be.
