Welcome
Before we start on talking protocol – please pay attention to what I have been demonstrating in class
These moves need setting up – moxa sacral fan at least – and the steaming as intake, and in between the heavier moves.

Your job is to set them up to win. Surround many of these with clearers and soothers. Whilst these are seen in the order of the front body first, it is likely that you have started with them standing, draped over a few pillows, to check sacrum/coccyx, equally maybe you started on their belly, to see what is in store. Ovarian, uterine brief/gentle checkers, fingernail scrapes over belly above, below and over scars.
I will do a pressure cheat sheet soon. Get yourself some kitchen scales so you can check what you are doing up against this please, as mostly I see is overly heavy hands. And – not paying attention to what is happening withe the recipient of care.
NOTE – I use the first three as checkers.. . Once I was ready to do the work – it is do the back moves first – lf they have a back issue
| Name | Classification | Intention | Process first to fix | Numbers |
| Ovarian Whirlpool | Check/Clear/Fix | Clear lymph congestion | All sacral clearance | Deepening 10 secs |
| Uterine Rake | Check/Fix | Shorten utero – sacral ligament | GONE TO LOO | 5 x 3 x 3 positions |
| Taking Leg For a Walk | Fix | Reduce all inguinal adhesions | Undo stuck hip | 4 -5 sets each side |
| LIKELY YOU DO THE BACK MOVES FIRST | ||||
| Glut slide | Fix | Clear gall bladder angst SLOWLY does it | From opposite side | Many /repeats |
| Sacral smash | Fix | Shorten sacro – uterine & spinous ligaments | All back Merc/HB first | 3 mins v firm |
| Under bum | Fix | Shorten sacro tuberous ligament (pelvic floor /sacral relaxation) | After above | 3 sets of 20 secs |
| Heels to bum | Fix | Stretch | After above | 3 x firm pressure |
| Hippy shake | Soothe/Fix | Loosen | Whenever you feel to | Plateau up & down |
| O.S.L. | Check often | When decided – one is opposite to the other | Final move if needed | A process |
| Anterior & Posterior | Fixer | Clear pelvic torsion | Plenty of soothers | As below |
‘O.S.L.’ Correction – if needed at the very end, have been checking to see what shifts what all through the session. ANT opp to POST
| Assess | NOT NEEDED | ANTERIOR | POSTERIOR |
| QL /attachment | Neither sore | 3 positions (mid/L/R) 3 locations | Same regardless |
| Leg/Sacral spine | Both flat | Pulling up hip, swivel leg up/over from inside (rotating the hip around /upwards) | Push hip down, swivel leg from outside (rotating the hip down /inwards) |
| Sacral spine/upper back | Looks same | Pulling up hip, Pushing blade down | Pushing down hip, pulling chest up |
| Stretch | Welcome | Same for all – straight & sacrum | Then left to right to assess |
| Feet | Pull each | Pull untouched: ANT: outwards | POST – inwards swivel, then pull |
| Settle/stretch/completion | Great idea | Repeat as before – will all be even | Take it slowly as body needs to adjust |
When this is needed the body feels as though it was often decades coming – so profoundly RIGHT
